These pans feel nice in the hand which is why I went with Per Salute. Cooking omelettes is now a pleasure, these pans really are non-stick. I later decided to get a 24cm Per Domani from another retailer because of Essteele's marketing about "double induction" technology, but eggs stick to that pan like crazy. If I could have my time over I would get the Per Salute 3 pack and skip the Domani altogether, but I've unfortunately kept the Domani too long to return.

On Friday November 29th, 2019 I bought a set of 3 Essteele Per Salute Pans - size 20/24/28 cm. Item number: 7298690 - 4262 from Myers in Chatswood, NSW.I tried to cook with these pans on my induction cooktop. Unfortunately I found the pans to be of a most inferior quality. On the box it said that the cookware was able to be used on all cooking surfaces, including induction.1: In trying to cook an egg on medium heat the pan did not heat sufficiently and the egg took approximately 10 minutes to cook. I can't thank the gentleman at Shellharbour Myers who assisted me with my purchase enough. We recently built a new home with an induction cook top and I was unsure about the most appropriate skillet to purchase. He took the time to explain what to look for on the packaging, and explained the differences between the stocked brands. He then suggested the pack which wasn't in stock. But he looked with me on the iPad in store, selected the item and he organised for it to be delivered to my door free of charge. Absolutely exceptional service which I must say I have found sadly lacking elsewhere. Thank you so much! You should be cloned:)

A very high-quality skillet that ticks all the boxes. It’s lightweight design and ergonomic handle makes tossing stir-fries or flipping pancakes a breeze. The non-stick surface does not require any oil or greasing prior to cooking anything from meats, fish, eggs or pancakes, which is a huge bonus for cutting down on fats and oils. Convenience is a huge plus with this skillet- it can be put in the oven, used on all stovetops including induction, and is very easy to clean. It heats up quickly, evenly and retains heat well. My favourite feature is the green indicator on the handle that lets you know when the skillet is hot enough to cook. I am very impressed and recommend this product.
Best set of pans, I purchased the 5 pack on sale and haven’t looked back. Picked up this little fella and the 24cm pot to add to my collection. Definitely worth the money and getting the green indicator on the handle to know when to cook your food and clean! Life changing.
I bough the twin pack thinking is an excellent fry pan and is on sale. Also I got the 32 salute wok before I bough this it an excellent wok I used many times. But this twin pack I’m very disappointed with the 20cm pan can’t even fry an egg it stuck and burn now the pan got burn mark on it. Why? Then I try the 28cm pan no problem it work excellent like the wok. Can some one tell me why??? Is it manufacturer problem??? One work and one don’t I can’t even return it. I paid for something that I can only use one.

My family has mucked up and destroyed many non-stick pans (including expensive ones with convincing blurbs). I'm so glad I found these. They tell you when they're ready to cook, they cook evenly, the food really doesn't stick and they wipe clean. The offspring want to cook and don't complain about washing up. Sounds incredible? I swear it's true.
I love these pans! They are such great quality and make cooking much easier as the non stick truly works. We bought these about 3 years ago, used almost every single day and only recently decided to buy new ones as they were on sale at MYER and needed a refresh!Super happy and in a few years time when I need more, no doubt will buy this brand and type again
After the reasearch and reading all the reviews got this pan and was very disappointed. Love the design, nice weight, but everything sticks to it. And i mostly fry eggs, it is very upsetting to have my eggs not perfectly shaped but scrambled. Today fried mushrooms and added some flour - couldn't wash it off. In general when i wash it everything just sticks to it and does not come off! Cheap tefal is much better and it is better to get one of them every year than invest in supposibly quality pan and get terrible results every time i cook.
