I recently bought the 26cm skillet. After using it for a month I can say that it is genuinely the best skillet I have ever used. It heats evenly on the gas cooktop and the handle doesn’t get hot! The skillet is really easy to clean—stainless steel cleaner works a treat to keep it shiny. Can’t recommend enough.

I'm no chef but decided to upgrade my cookware recently.. This skillet pan in particular seems almost as big as a wok. Being stainless steel, it isn't non-stick but adding a little water seems to make cooking easier. And again, a little boiling water to clean it afterwards and it's as good as new. All Per Sempre cookware looks nice and feels like it's built to last.
Per Sempre 26cm Open French Skillet, love the all in one design, no crevices between the base and main pan that dirt/water sits after a few uses. Definitely worth paying a little extra to get a great quality skillet. Great when they go on sale
This skillet is a perfect size for general purpose cooking. It heats up well, and as an industrial designer, I appreciate its quality construction and ergonomics. The handle is comfortable and beautifully shaped. It's perfectly weighted for easy tossing and easy to clean.Since it's new, I can't speak to it's longevity. The 4 stars I've given is based on the anticipated quality of a stainless steel Essteele stockpot I purchased a few years ago from Myer.
Wonderful product. Cooks well and doesn’t stick. Can place in oven up to 260 degrees. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Pan is a nice weight. Not heavy.great to work with.
This frying pan is exactly what we wanted. We checked in Choice magazine and this was among the ones recommended as highly durable and other things we wanted too. The balance of it is really good and the handle fits really comfortably in the hand. It looks exactly as pictured and was received in perfect order and good time.
Love the new frypan thanks DJs. I can pick it up easily unlike some other pans. The chicken fillets retain their moisture fried in this pan.
Could not handle high heat to sauté and food stuck to the bottom so much so I could not soak or scrub it off. Cooking something simple as a steak which needed to be browned up was a disaster for this pan. It is forever pitted with black char.
