I received a sample of this product from Influenster for my honest review. I will preface this by saying that I have really dry skin that is exacerbated by the fact that I live in the desert. Also, I may have had better results had I been able to try the product longer, but the sample was enough for about two weeks use.I used this product on its own followed by just my moisturizer (and SPF in the morning) a handful of times, and then the rest of time as an additional step in my normal skincare routine, to give it a fair assessment. So overall I did like this... It felt good going on and sunk right into my skin, added a bit of moisture while making my skin look a little more hydrated, and the scent was pleasant and light. The hydrating and peptide serums I have come to love do more for my skin than this does, especially in giving my skin more hydration that lasts longer and gives better visual results immediately and with continual use. But again, I may not be giving this a fair rating given I didn't get to use it long enough to be able to see long term visual results so maybe that is where this really shines.But with that said, while I will not be buying this for myself and I can't recommend it because I don't feel I have been able to really fairly fully assess it, I could still see this being amazing for certain people. Especially for those that already really love Estee Lauder products and have oily skin, I could see this possibly being really awesome.

Harmful Ingredients/Globally Banned

I tried this product because I received a free sample in exchange for my honest review. The product absorbed into my skin quickly & I honestly didn't notice very much of my redness going away. This product was about the same as other serums I've tried. There's nothing special enough about it to be paying $78 per bottle with not even 1 Oz of product in the bottle. The ingredients are what REALLY turned me off to this product. It contains BHT, which is banned in Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia, & New Zealand. It's a human carcenogenic & can effect the endocrine system & mess with fertility. It lowers sperm count & can promote tumor growth & impair blood clotting. After doing my research, I do not recommend this product to anyone. I also do not recommend Estee Lauder to anyone until they step up & re-formulate their products with natural, SAFE ingredients. The products that have worked best for my skin, have always been natural products with safe ingredients. Sorry Estee Lauder, but its a NO from me.

Love other Estee Lauder products that I have purchased and honestly I would say for anybody who chooses to buy this product to please just do like a patch test on several parts of your skin that wouldn't be so noticeable to others that you know exactly where you're testing it out. I would recommend this product as my forehead and outer cheeks look amazing and feel hydrated with a smooth appearance.

This is due to its more emollient consistency and containing water-soluble emollients that aid moisturising and soothing the skin.This product is way overpriced for what you get: a gel mostly containing water and some surfactants.Packaging is awful and the people who designed it, should be condemned using this till the end of days! The dropper lacks the tip making precise application very cumbersome! At this price range and from a company formerly having excellent reputation, this is unacceptable!ELC should bin this and the current ANR and bring back ANR Synchronized Recovery Complex!
