My doctor actually recommended this specific brand of vitamin C supplement. These vitamins are non-GMO, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians, sugar free, soy and wheat free, lactose free, stomach friendly, and no added flavors or sweeteners. This is one of the best vitamins I’ve ever tried. I have had zero issues with this vitamin. A lot of times vitamins do upset my stomach or make me a little queasy. Ester-C is a gentle vitamin that packs 500mg of vitamin C in each tablet. My only complaint is that the serving size is 2 tablets. I hate that they cannot make these into just a one pill serving size. Other than that, they are perfect.

Easy to swallow, once a day tablet. You get your full dose if Vitamin C that stays in your system for 24 hours because the type of Vitamin C used in this supplement is fat soluble not water soluble. The body will hold it longer. I have been taking this supplement for several years now and it does work! I have not gotten sick at all. No flu, no cold. This is an excellent supplement to keep in your daily regiment.

The pills are just too big for me to swallow. Every time I take it I fear I might choke (taking with water does not help much). For the few times I was able to ingest it, it worked quite well though as I felt that colds and allergies were at bay. But definitely did not continue the rest of the bottle as it hurts my throat each time which is not worth it. I hope they make these in more ingestible tabs as I believe the formula is excellent.
I've been using this ester vitamin C supplement for quite some time. It seems just as good an antioxidant as the previous brand of vitamin C which I was using for years. However, the price is more reasonable and the product seems similar. It's easy to store and swallow. So far it seems to be helping me keep my immune system in check, I haven't caught a cold in a long time. I have absolutely no upset stomach, no acidity, and I take one every day.
From my experience so far, Ester-C is a powerful vitamin. I'm prone to colds, sniffles and sinus issues as soon as weather changes in the Fall. I feel like my immunity has gotten stronger... and that I have defense in my system. Time will tell since it's only November but looking forward to feeling well this winter.I used to take (2) 500mg a day. When I found 1000mg on iHerb I'm happy to only have to take one tablet a day.
