How an earth are you meant to even turn it on? instructions are useless. Waste of time sending back tomorrow. Oh and another thing, your store in Maroubra had dog waste on the floor. Your staff was so rude and inconsiderate and basically ignored it. Just a heads up.

Very poorly designed, tiny screw holding the battery cover in place. Even a small screw driver set was still far too big to open it. Unusable. Shouldn’t need a screw to hold the battery cover on.

The scales would be great if they came with a mini mini mini screwdriver or the battery was already inserted. The smallest screwdriver in the world doesn't open it. Pls insert the battery for us and leave a pull tab hanging out.

Bought on Easter Sunday, died on Tuesday (and the battery - which isn't supplied despite the box claiming otherwise - is nigh on impossible to replace. Even Pontius Pilate wouldn't put his name to something so poor and shoddy!
Screw to battery lid extremely small ended up breaking into it only to find no battery but states on box it is includedHopefully no other problems like in other reviews. I’m now off to buy a battery
Returning it tomorrow without using it.The screw to insert the battery is the smallest screw ever made. Not even my miniature screw set can open it.Don't buy.
When new laws were introduced around the securing of button batteries, the inner evil of somebody got their hands on this.Almost like a spiteful act, they simply screwed the battery cover shut. But not with a conventional screw. This tiny handed bandit has somehow drilled minuscule screws into the cover. A screw no doubt designed by them as there is currently no screwdriver in modern existence that can fit that sucker.I, however, thrive in such situations, and after trying one or two methods I settled with obviously digging out enough of the screw to get a grip on it to turn with pliers. My ordeal was met with reward as after slipping the battery in I was greeted by flashing numbers of a robot awakening.I placed my new little friend on flat solid ground and ... MoreWhen new laws were introduced around the securing of button batteries, the inner evil of somebody got their hands on this.Almost like a spiteful act, they simply screwed the battery cover shut. I double checked. Triple checked. Showed the same numbers. Robot appears to function in the intended manner.Your reading a review on a $9 product. If your gonna be tight like me you gotta be prepared to work for it... and committed to never letting it near children because there's no way your getting the screw back into that hole my friend.3 stars because it was fun
They show a different weight each time you step on, the foot fell off when I opened the box. Probably ok if you want your rough weight but it varies by a few kg up or down each to e you get on. Also put on some gym weights and it's out by about 300g to begin with.
I've had these scales for about 2-3 years the scale's was good untill the last few weeks I'm getting inconsistent results. I would use it in one spot and go on it a few times and it would give me diffrent weights everytime. Used to give me good results
These scales were unusable. The first were broken and were replaced by Bunnings. The second set worked once and then began giving me random weights that varied from 30-40kg over my real weight. The screws were very hard to remove as other reviews mentioned. These scales were useless, I replaced them with the month with a different brand.
