I take these after a meal instead of something sweet. My kids like them too. They’re great if you take a lot of supplements and can’t bare to swallow yet another pill. I did prefer the orange flavor though. The berry flavor isn’t as nice although one of my sons prefers it.

Bought some of these a few months back. They replace another product that is NLA. They are a quck & easy way of knocking bugs on the head (not your own) when you feel a sore throat or sniffles coming on. And the kids are happy to take them, coz they taste good and Zing!
