I take these after a meal instead of something sweet. My kids like them too. They’re great if you take a lot of supplements and can’t bare to swallow yet another pill. I did prefer the orange flavor though. The berry flavor isn’t as nice although one of my sons prefers it.

Trust this brand. Good amount of Vit C and zinc per tablet, so good value. My 12yo son prefers the orange flavour.
These were recommended to take when travelling overseas on a long haul flight, they were great easy to take as they are chewable. It\'s the first time I haven\'t caught a cold following a flight
