These worked well for my energy levels and my fatigue decreased. Felt like it helped me sleep too. I want to use magnesium flakes for sore muscles (but no bath), magnesium spray irritates my skin, I'm trying the magnesium cream now but no results yet. Will try the flakes soon in water. These are large tablets (doesn't bother me personally) but this method of receiving magnesium is working great for me (in light of barriers to other magnesium products). Will order more.

These have a very subtle affect, suitable at night for sleep and muscle aches which also avoids cramping. Very helpful for concentration and memory also

I used this product previous to the food grade flakes! It works great and is easy to take for those who don't like the taste of magnesium or just for convenience! I must admit though I prefer the flakes but this is because I actually love the taste of magnesium added to my water
I missed taking it for a few days once because I ran out and I ended up getting a big cold sore outbreak on my lips, so I rushed out to buy some more and have been taking it consistently every day since 2018 and haven't had an outbreak since, so it definitely works keeping those cold sores away.
Definitely notice the difference to my energy & anxiety levels when I take regular magnesium. Also, have a more settled sleep. I prefer the powder, but the tablets are convenient & great for travelling.
Has not on my magnesium which i love- but zinc and b6 and folate and chromium... I take at night before bed. Easy to swallow. No bad taste. Please get the bigger size tubs in NL? They are better value...
My journey with menopause has disrupted my sleep and leg cramps. I take 2 tablets of Mega Magnesium daily and I no longer get leg cramps and my sleep has improved.
I was recommended to take this product by my doctor to avoid getting cramps. I believe it has helped me.
Like most magnesium products, it has a slight taste to it. It's a bit strange at first but it goes away quickly. The tablets are so large though that it sometimes takes more than one try to swallow it without it getting stuck in my throat. I haven't really found too much of an energy increase when taking these (once every second day). Perhaps I should take it every day for more than 2 weeks to see the benefits?
