Transformed my husband's life by allowing him to sleep. He never felt 'sleepy' at night time. Turned out his medication (omeprozol) was preventing him from absorbing magnesium - which is needed to produce serotonin (the thing that makes us feel sleepy). These days he feels tired in the evening and sleeps soundly through the night. Worked within about 10 days and he's been using it for 6 months. He had not slept properly for 30 years before that on omeprozol.

I take this to help with my sleep. I have been informed Magnesium supposedly assists good sleep. I'm unsure at this time whether it helps or not. I do wonder why such a large container is used for only 126g of contents though, when first opened the contents barely half fill the container

The taste isn’t great (we had to use a chaser) and it takes a long time to truely dissolve. However we found our sleep had improved so will consider purchasing again.
