I love Ethical Nutrients Zinc with vitamine C I am very happy with it except next time I will have to get it without the C because the C stops one of my meds from working properly but that's my bad, no problems. I have been taking these daily as i had an abscess that just would not heal. Eversince i started taking them, the abscess has closed over and is looking so much better. I will continue to take these.

I think they are great. I use them with Fusion stress and anxiety and I take them morning and night. I notice my mood is happier but also my mood is now stable. no more dips each day.
Don't mind the taste. Might try the hair skin and nails next
