They are quite large tablets to swallow but can break in half has a nice smell to it. Did help me sleep and loosened my bowels too

Amazing

Thought I would try this after reading the reviews - so pleased I did! Amazing product, yes there is a Lavender taste when you swallow the pill, but it only lasts briefly and the blissful deep sleep is well worth it :)

Amazing Sleep aid

I have been taking this for almost a year now. I used to have more restless nights that restful ones. This helps my body to turn it around, as I have more restful sleeps with it, than sleepless nights now.\nI forgot to order more once and noticed a huge difference without it, so I always have them in stock. I actually take mine just before going to bed, and not with evening meal. I used to hate the lavender taste, but I got used to it.\n

Gave them a go!

Sometimes when life gets a bit more stressful I find that taking these before bed helps me sleep better. I did some research before purchasing this brand and found that it had most of ingredients that can help one with their sleep. So I gave them a go.

No Help

May be just my metabolism but these do not appear to help me sleep. I go to bed and "toss & turn" for hours then drift off for only about 3 hours or less (as far as I can tell).

Not working for me

Have taken consistently for the last 2 weeks with no improvement in sleep. The worst thing is the overwhelming taste of lavender- it feels as if you are swallowing a bar of soap. Will continue to take until bottle is finished and will then try another supplement

One of the Best

I have used many different sleep supplements and these I have found to be one of the best. Need to get into the rhythm of taking them at dinner time as suggest. Get to sleep well and most nights have a restful night.

Sleep well

Love these pills and swear by them. I go to sleep faster and stay asleep longer. I get on an average of 8 to 9 hours sleep. When getting up to go to the bathroom, I go straight back to sleep.

This works for me

I sleep like a baby-I wake every sleep cycle. Over the last couple of years, I have worked my way through pretty much every sleep supplement. This is the only one that works for me. I don’t always sleep through the night with these, but I can get 6 hours straight, which is awesome.

Works like a dream

I have been taking these for around 10 days and have to say they work really well at getting me off to sleep and keeping me asleep. I am writing this on Monday 13th February 2023, right in the middle of the largest cyclone to hit New Zealand in decades. As I was settling down to sleep the wind and rain were battering our house and I was not feeling that settled for sleep but I got off to sleep easily around 11pm and slept until 7am so I would call that a major success. Highly recommend this product.
