This stuff is great for a natural suncream - it doesn't leave a white cast and not too greasy. But whenever I do a second application after a couple of hours, my whole face always stings! I have no idea why, but it happens every time. Unfortunately I've had to give up on it now.

This stuff is great. I have very oily skin and have struggled with extremely sensitive skin and acne. This sunscreen smells amazing and I am impressed with the minimal list of ingredients. It does leave a very slight white tinge when applied- but only takes a minute to soak in. Sits beautifully under makeup. Not only is it waterproof, but it also lasts four hours! meaning that I can last through most of the workday without needing to re-apply. Highly recommend x

This is by far the best natural sunscreen I have found, and I've tried a lot! It glides on easily, leaves virtually no whiteness, doesn't have a strong smell and protects my very fair skin, even when in and out of the water all day. Best feature is spreadability, it doesn't pull at skin or need a lot of rubbing to spread which makes application on kids so much easier. I wish they did bigger size tube. So glad Health post is stocking this!

My favourite daily sunscreen. I use this everyday on my face, it’s not too heavy and oily. I have fairly oily skin and this works well. It leaves the slightest white cast that is barely visible and it fades quickly so nothing to worry about. I also use it under makeup. One tube lasts me forever!
I have given this sunscreen five stars based on its effectiveness and day-to-day usability. I have sensitive/acne-prone skin on my face but this is no dramas. Just feels like a regular moisturiser, perhaps a tad greasy but many sunscreens are anyway and I don't notice by the time I'm in the water as I'm just happy my skin is being protected. Goes on a lot smoother than other zinc sunscreens. Great for both face and body, and pleasant smell. Maybe my only (minor) critique would be that if this is used frequently or by a number of people, the tube does not last very long, so if you love it, stock up!
I’ve tried a lot of natural sunscreens and this is definitely one of the best so far! Spreads reading well, smells awesome and blended nicely.The price is really good for a natural sunscreens as well. Kids liked to put it on, no complaints- which is a first!Very happy with the product. Went to reorder but no stock! So will be waiting for more to arrive.
I've used this a few times over the past two weeks and am really happy with it. I've used other zinc-based natural sunscreens and found this left less of a white residue (little to none) than others and seemed to provide better protection too. It's a bit thick, as most are, but spreads well and is easy to apply. It also seems to stay on well even after swimming. I didn't feel the need to reapply too frequently.
I'v been using the life basics sunscreen and the moogoo sunscreen for the past few years, but I've had a hard time converting my husband to natural sunscreen. He finds moogoo to thick and gard to rub in, whilst the scent of the lifebasics is off putting (although much easier to rub in). Ethical zinc is like the middle ground. The scent is heavenly and doesn't leave a white-cast for us... and much easier to rub in. Leaves no sheen either, You'll need to warm it up with your hands first. I may just buy this from now on!
I love this sunblock! It's so good. I have tried a few various organic sunblocks over the years but this one has to be my fav. I love that the ingredients are clean and to the point with no added nasties... and bonus points, it smells deeeeeeelicious! I have very sensitive and this stuff glides on just like a really good smelling nourishing moisturizer and my skin feels great! 10/10 LOVE and highly recommend.
I feel protected using this product with it's high SPF but it's not clear as it claims to be. It does leave a white sheen on your skin and I'm sure I'm not overdoing it! It's thick and you can only get a little out each time you squeeze the tube. But each dob is enough to do a whole arm, hand and decolletage area. If you rub it in more, I think it reduces the whiteness though. I recommend it!
