I was pleasantly (not very) surprised with this mattress cover! I, of course, expected delicious fluffiness and high quality, but I was worried it wouldn't fit my larger queen size mattress.. but zero issues over here. The design is intended to reach all 4 corners and stay put. It's delightful, and just what I was looking for.

I needed a good mattress protector after my puppy peed in the bed! I did a lot of research, and I’m so happy I bought this one. I was worried the waterproofing would make it plastic-y, or noisy, but it’s great. Just feels like a regular mattress protector, but does the job (puppy peed again, mattress was definitely protected!). Bought a 2nd one for when this is in the wash as it can’t be put in the dryer, and takes a little while to line dry because it’s waterproof. The only negative is that the protector part doesn’t cover the mattress right to the edges, even though it fits a very deep mattress. Love that it has a full skirt around the mattress rather than just those elastic corners that can pop off the mattress.

We bought this bamboo mattress protector for our sailing catamaran that we are currently cruising on around the Caribbean. This protector is in a nutshell simply amazing and has way exceeded both my wife and my expectations. It is so much cooler than the 400 thread cotton sheet and protector we currently use. We bought the mattress protector and fitted sheet to see what they were like and we are so thrilled with the product that we will be ordering more.We also found that the service we received from Ettitude was first rate. So an all round world class experience. Well done

I had just bought a Keetsa mattress and wanted to cover it in something natural to compliment its construction. I researched a number of options until I came upon the bamboo waterproof mattress cover. I love it. It didn't have a chemical smell when I took it out, and it is generously sized. I went to bed that night hoping I wouldn't have that waterproof mattress pad feeling I've had with other brands. It was as if the sheet and the mattress pad complimented each other. No noise, no smell, no heat. It has performed great. I guess this is one of those you get what you pay for examples. I'm going to buy another for my son when he gets a new mattress.
Didn't realise there was plastic backing. Actually really disappointed because I was specifically looking for a protector without plastic backing. I always avoid any plastics. It was misleading info on the site as said 100% Bamboo with TPU backing. Well, you would only know it was polyurethane if you looked it up. It also makes a strange squeaky sound when you move around on it. Just feels wrong somehow. Will now go back to the drawing board and find another mattress protector that is 100% organic. A waste of $150. Won't be purchasing from Ettitude again!
This mattress protector seems to be good quality and feels nice to the touch. Unfortunately, as a hot sleeper, I can't recommend. I didn't realize this had a TPU backing when I bought it, and I think the TPU backing is the problem. I I'm a hot sleeper. I bought a new hybrid mattress which I knew would probably sleep hot. I bought this mattress pad hoping it would help regulate temperature. Used it on my mattress for two weeks and would wake up in the night so hot, with the mattress beneath me so warm it almost felt like laying on a heating pad. Took this protector off the mattress, and even though my mattress sleeps warm, the mattress is noticeably cooler without this mattress pad. Almost every other Ettitude item I've had has been wonderful and is fantastic from the day it arrives. This product however, is not. I bought a new one in May hoping they would have improved the quality by now but the issue remains the same.It's especially disappointing because when they are new they are so soft and perfectly even. And this is one of the only mattress protectors I've found that truly is cooling while offering water resistant protection. Having a sensory processing sensitivity perhaps means I can feel the changes more than the average person but as a waste conscious individual I really want a product I love to last, and not dread using it.I have considered that if I do buy this item again, I will have to buy a king size even though I have a queen mattress, just to account for the shrinkage. But considering the internal clumping too I think I need to see Ettitude address the construction of this product before I purchase again.
