So far I have been using the camera for 2 full days and it went from 82% to 84% battery capacity on 'optimal surveillance' mode with mostly cloudy weather and the solar panel situated just below the gutters. The setup process, WiFi and 4G LTE / EIOT SIM card were well presented easy to follow. The eufy WEB portal does NOT support reading the stored video / captures from CAMs 32GB microSD card (a real negative, eufy needs to fix this). This 4G LTE S330 does not support CLOUD STORAGE - even though you can set it up (eufy needs to fix this). There is no accessory available to EXTEND the 13' Solar Charger cable. We have one mounted in a less than optimal location and need an extension (maybe eufy can ADD this option). All other features and options work as advertised. ADDING a PAN speed adjustment would be helpful. The tracking and image capture is pretty slick. The WiFi option is a real PLUS. Support is very responsive - very positive. Whenever I view from the camera, the default position is usually off by a little bit. I have tried different settings, and reset it. Still the same.- Idle position. I am not sure why, but when the camera is not active, the camera head returns to an idle position, that's not the default position. Whenever some type of motion detected, then the camera head will return to the default position and start recording. Or when I start viewing the camera live remotely, I can see the camera head move from idle position to default position. Sometimes the motion sensor will mistake that as motion detected, and started recording. I have asked Eufy support, they have no solution, and no actual reason.-False Motion detection. The motion sensor is fairly sensitive, but it still does have missed motion detection. Not sure why, but it does happens about Less than 5% of the time. Not a big deal, but just keep in mind.- Camera rotation is not 360 degrees. The camera head will rotate all the way, but it will hit a limit and stops. So the head can't rotate 360 degrees all the way, or go in circle. There is a limit where the head won't rotate anymore. Just keep that in mind.- Solar charging info, the Charging stats date is off. Its off by about 20 hours or so. I asked Eufy about it, they said they are aware of the issue, but no fix for it yet.Overall this is a decent 4k solar camera, that can pan and tilt. Not perfect, but good enough for now. I do have a 2nd camera aiming in the same direction, just incase if I missed any footages. I just hope Eufy can do some updates to correct some of the issues. Once all the bugs been worked out, this will be a great camera.

So far it works perfectly.It works well with my existing Eufy camera and I can easily manager both under one dashboard. I love the solar panel because I don’t ever have to worry about charging or connecting to power. I am not using the SIM card and managed to connect to my WiFi. The connection is just fine because the camera sits outside of my house, but the resolution is good enough that I can see clearly and the footages stream pretty quickly. The included solar panel does a great job keeping the battery charged, just be sure it is in an area with good access to sunlight.The motion detection is really good on this and after a few tests I found it able to detect movement pretty well. This camera has built in AI and during my initial use, it is doing a good job differentiating between cars, people, and packages.The app is very nicely setup and is very easy to use and figure out. In fact, I really like their app compared to other security camera companies. You can download the photos/videos to your phone/tablet and have access to all the settings of the camera. This can be done anywhere you have an internet connection.All things considered, this is a great outdoor security camera with good image quality and other features that really add to the security experience. While it is more expensive than most, in my opinion, it is well worth it to have constant 4G access to the internet and a built in rechargeable battery.
