The Eufy Security software on the iPhone makes it easy to operate when the cameras see a person on the property the software sends a notification to the iPhone so that you view the person & speak to the person remotely. You also have the ability to set off an alarm if the person is not somebody you know. Camera quality is brilliant both in the day and with the night vision after dark. No monthly subscriptions.

The price was great at end of financial year - and the Eufy camera kit is proving to be brilliant in so many ways. The set-up was incredibly easy - with the unit giving you instruction at every step linking my phone to the cameras and to the main wireless link unit. Wow 10 Stars!

Really easy to install, it spots people and sends you a message as well as records video of the event. you can configure it to record more or less and it makes an alarm sound if it thinks someone is stealing it. this one you have to charge around once a year depending on ussage but given the ease of installment and location this is not a huge deal (I didnt install it super out of the way keeping in mind the charging issue)
Bought on special Eufy Cam 2, 2k pro model. It is same as gen 1 except home base with no difference.Pros Easy to install and pair.ConsQuality of recording Average if captured closely. Hard to recognise face from 5-6 meter.Consistency Not good as per the price paid. Lot of times skips the recording and doesn't notify. If you change tt from optimal performance mode, battery drains very quick.Opinion Who ever is looking for security camera, better go for wired option. It sounds like a hassle but it is worth if you don't want to miss any activity.

The EufyCam3 is an excellent wireless camera. The redesigned plastic protection on the solar panel on top is much better than the gen 1 version of this camera which tend to peel off with exposure to rain and sun. So far this has worked flawlessly after a few months of usage.
The motion detection levels can be adjusted, maybe ours needs to be, but one of the cameras doesn't always go off when someone walks by. Otherwise, we are very happy with the ease of use, picture quality, and other features this system offers. We haven't had any problems with the system or cameras. We have had it for about 2 months now and haven't needed to recharge them yet. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

You can set the system to only react movement in specific customizable zones as well as ignore animals or other objects while reacting to people. In addition, even thought the camera is mounted on the my shed, giving me a full view of my entire house, I am still able to digitally zoom in for closeups. This is really an awesome security camera system!PS: The entire system is super easy to setup. The packaging was of high quality. The cameras themselves are solid and heavy. It shows that they did not skimp on materials. So far, I have had the cameras installed for about a month with no issues. I researched for a long time, watched many YouTube videos comparing. various systems, but I believe this system is the best available. I f you are looking for something that's easy to install, works if Home Kit, Alexa and others, and comes with zero monthly service fees, look no further!
Replaced Arlo Pro 2 system. Higher quality video and MUCH more responsive. Arlo could take 10-20 secs to see the image on phone and would have a couple of second delay. Eufy is up within 1-3 seconds and image has minimal delay. Had a bit of tinkering with sensitivity setting for one camera that faced the street and saw a lot of car movement which sent a lot of notifications. Other than that it was up and running perfectly out of the box within 15 minutes.
