This is a neat little motion sensor you can put anywhere your WIFI reaches. It is battery powered so it doesn't need any wired power. It needs a Eufy Hub to talk to (via WIfi). Set up is very simple. Go into the app on your phone and follow some obvious instructions. Voice prompts from the Eufy Hub at bit, but I found them unecessary. After that you get alerts on your phone if the sensor is triggered. We put ours indoors and they com on to a schedule so were not getting alarms while we're just hanging out at home. We have cameras outdoors which work the same way except w video. Nice system.

Bought this for our garage since we are already using Eufy for the whole house. Works well and detects motion accurately. It does not alert you if your pet is within proximity which is ideal!

Eufy best home security systems . Sensors , detectors , high end cameras do exactly as stated . Any other brand battery camera's fail in 12 Months . Eufy i have only needed to charge camera's once in over 12 months , always works , no disconnects from wifi , but i do have the base station and wifi on a ups. Even the bathroom scales are great .
Its very easy to setup. Included 3m tapes makes it easy to install in tricky locations. Only downside is traditional motion sensors' detection pattern is conical, whereas this has a disk like detection pattern. Make sure to install in the right location so that you can capture the motion.

The eufy wireless motion sensor works great and the battery lasts for ages. Please note this is an add on and you need an eufy home base and wireless alarm kit to use the product. The best thing about eufy is there is no subscription fees

I might be paranoid but sometimes when my indoor eufy cameras would go down for 10 or 15 minutes for reasons unknown then miraculously all turn on again (I have an indoor UPS) I've got to wonder why. I do have a large dog flap in my back yard door but don't own a dog, only a cat (which by the way cant trigger the motion sensors because he's too small). & yet my motion sensors have often been coincidentally triggered indoor during these camera outage times. It's important your router is secure, otherwise it's all for naught. (Turn off WPS, Ups, broadcasting SSID, rename your default SSID & password etc, google it). It was only my silly amount of motion sensors in at least one corner of every room in my house that I realised my network had been compromised & open to ... Stuff would keep going missing. Old blue eyed blinky boy in the ceiling corner didn't miss a thing though & sounded the alarm. The cameras are only as good as your routers security (which I have now learned). Eufys motion sensors, even if robbers get into your house by disabling your cameras, can't move a muscle inside without triggering them & there's nothing they can do about it. Highly effective, cheap and highly recommended to my mind
