It's a great doorbell with a brilliant picture. The AI is a bit hit and miss and I am disappointed by the lack of external storage. Why is the unit not compatible with the hub?

Camera filming is ok quality, but doesn’t always film people. Took a while to stop it going off when cars passed by, but got there eventually! Several times people have come to the door and it has not activated. Sometimes the bell doesn’t ring. Not really working as it should for the amount of money.
Excellent product design and functionality, so far. Only could be better if the lens and ring button were more obvious as to which is which.
It's a door bell with a camera that senses movement in colour daylight or night vision . Doesn't always pick up movement . Good images and plenty of menus . Doesn't need a base, records segments into its onboard storage . Nice gadget that's not overly expensive.
This is an awesome product. The video quality is excellent and the two-way sound is very good. There is nothing negative I can say about this product. I am really really happy that I chose it. I love the technical support and I love the on-site storage so I dont have to pay a monthly fee to store my images.Images below were taken the night that I got the doorbell. One is with the internal infrared lighting with no lights on and the other was only the porch lighting. Daylight is even better.Call this one a 10.
I have only been hooked up for a week now. At first the doorbell would not work properly and gave me a transformer error from the app. (Yes, you need to download the Eufy app.) I requested to be contacted by Customer Service, which I received a call shortly after.The Rep advised about the system needing the correct amount of voltage to even work correctly. So, I bought a new higher voltage transformer (16v) and had it installed. (Also, this is mentioned in the instructions. No shortcuts.)Now, the doorbell and camera works GREAT! I am really glad I made the choice to purchase this item.
Good quality images. As with any hi-tech device, it will take time to get it all set up to best. I understand image analysis, so I know why a car looks like a human.
