Replaced my noisey Baratza Sette 270Wi that regularly broke down with this amazing quiet machine. Scales work treat . Double the price but double the quality .Only negative is the setup/trouble shooting instruction are hopeless .

Coffee beans make really good espresso ,great quality tamper & mat. The Eureka Libra was challenging to get going the manual needs to be rewritten on the portafilter calibration process. I had to send the grinder back to be checked, it checked out fine so maybe it was operator error but I don't think so.The portfilter holder was very touchy/sensitive & given you can't touch it during the grind, it needs to be redesigned so that some portafilters don't "walk" out of the holder during the grind. You also absolutely need a dosing funnel otherwise coffee will spill over the front edge on a 51mm,(LaPavoni) remember you can't touch it after grinding has started. Small footprint for such a sophisticated grinder & also pretty quiet so looking forward to getting it back.

Eureka Mignon Libra is excellent grinder, very quiet and produces great coffee.Eureka Mignon leveller tool is great addition to the grinder.
This is my first real grinder and I could not be happier. Having a scale built in is a great feature and time saver. It is quiet and easy to use. I found it easy to adjust to get the correct grind for well timed espressos. For the price, I cannot imagine a better value. Absolutely recommended.

Accurate to .2g consistently, maybe .1-.2g occasional retention, depending on how oily your beans are, or if you water spritz them.WLL, i will NEVER work with again. Shady shipping, with a book of excuses. If you choose to buy with them, DONT pay for expedited shipping. They will ship out when they’re ready, then it’s up to UPS. WLL does NOT do Saturday delivery. If you order on Monday or Tuesday, you’ll be fine… Wednesday with 2day shipping, you’ll get it on Monday, and WLL will not negotiate.
Ordered on a Wednesday evening, and paid extra for 2 day air. It wasn’t shipped until late Thursday evening, then made it all the way to the warehouse (which is less than 5 miles from me) on Saturday morning around 3am. That’s where it sat until Monday. Ordered Wednesday, delivered Monday. Nothing on the site about the lack of Saturday delivery. TONS of excuses for “business days” and “fees” and it’s obvious they’ve dealt with this before. They DO have additional info on their website, with respect to shipping and transit times, but it’s buried in the finest of print, somewhere in a menus menu, under FAQ’s. It’s quiet, it produces fluffy grounds, the step less adjustment knob is nice and tight and doesn’t creep. Beautiful screen, simple yet effective interface, and it even comes with a dosing ring. I’m not a pro, and only have experience with 4 grinders, but this blows them all away!Outstanding product, just buy it factory direct.
