Awesome coffee grinderIt could be a bit quieter.Also, I wish the switch was different. Sometimes the whole grinder wobbles a bit when I flip the switch.In any case, even at this price, it is awesome, and I'd buy it again for sure. Retention and consistency are as good as advertised, and it obviously looks amazing

Looks great and works well. Make sure the motor is running before introducing the beans. This will prevent to from jamming up!

Almost there. Overall a great upgrade from my previous grinder. PROS: Great size, relatively quiet, fast grind, easy to dial in, awesome dosing cup, good looks and consistent grind with almost zero retention. CONS: metal bean hopper gate is rough, thin and unpleasant; chromed plastic parts vs metal, coffee grinds/dust leaking from hopper gate.

This is an amazing single dose grinder. The grinder has exceeded my expectations.Here is my story.I purchased and have been using my Eureka Mignon Specialita almost three years. Clive Coffee sent an email offer to trade-in my Specialita for an upgrade. I had to ask myself, Why I would want to trade-in a perfectly good working grinder? I graduated to single dose grinding almost a year prior, to improve consistency of my espresso shots. I keep coffee beans in a vacuum canister to preserve freshness. However, the included vessel to capture the grinds echos the grinding noise back up and also acts as a megaphone to amplify the noise. For six seconds, it is not an issue. Conical burr grinders that I have owned in the past were very loud and slow.3. Less mess than previous grinders. Very little grinds fall outside the capture vessel. Pouring the grinds from the vessel into the Portafilter can be very messy. I overcame the mess by turning the Portafiler upside down over the grinds vessel, then flipping both right side up tapping both on my tamping mat. Rotate the grinds vessel a couple turns and lift straight up. No mess?We are very happy with the upgrade to the Oro Single Dose. Better grinder, better espresso!

I love this new grinder!

I love this new grinder! It is quiet and looks beautiful. And the single dose feature is perfect for my use at home. I have less channeling than I did with my previous grinder and the taste consistency is amazing! I am so glad I updated my grinder!!

It’s MIGNON

Got the grinder very fast and it was more that I haveexpected.very fast the grinding and no body waikes in the morning because is very quiet.

Piece of expensive garbage

Total pain to unbox and set up - and then it does not work. At all. The phone support I got actually made it worse and one of the knobs came off in my hand as I was doing what I was told to do. Had to disassemble it, repackage it and send it back. Took about two weeks to arrive as well. Now I have no grinder and I have to wait until they decide to process the return credit.

Quiet, beautiful, impressive

Grind size is extremely consistent with the 65mm flat burrs. Grinder performs as advertised with basically zero retention. I put 20.0g in, I get exactly 20.0g out every time (with the help of the bellows). The craftsmanship is excellent, look is sleek (I bought white to match my countertops). Oak lid and base are a nice touch.

Revolving Metal tab will make a mess!

Sprays grounds everywhere! Ross Droplet Technique (or RDT) not helpful because the coffee grounds are coming from the side of the hopper where the metal lever is (revolving metal tab).Tired of cleaning up after each use. Absolutely tired of it!
