Pros: I love that it steams up well and you don't have to change the pads every 5 minutes. I was able to do all my downstairs tiled area, where with my old steam mop I would have gone through 3 or 4 pads.Cons: You have to wait for the mop to cool down for 5+ minutes when adding water after use. We made the mistake off adding water straight after it run out and you can get scalded and can be dangerous. We should have read the instructions first where it is clearly stated that you must let the mop sit for five minutes before re adding water.

Pros: Very quick to useCons: Still leaves slight Mark's on tiles, we have dark grey gloss tiles, very hard to clean. Much better than other steam mops but still leaves slight streaks throughout tiles.
