I have a larger Evakool Fibreglass Esky that I have had for around 15 years. It is as good as the day I bought it. Our new 47L is as AWESOME. Ice still there 3 days later, even getting used as a drink esky. When used for food, lasts up to 5 days, food still frozen. Best esky EVER, well worth every cent they cost, wouldn't buy anything else.

Haven't had a chance to use the Icebox yet, but its beautifully constructed icebox.
Last one to be found in captivity. Perfect for a weekend away, or to carry goods for a week stay in a unit. Ample room for milk, eggs, fruit and vege, not to mention soda for the Gin and a couple of cold ales to have upon arrival. No need to head out for shops, every thing you need in one cooler. Thumbs up. Oh, did I mention a smooth clean finish, in and out.

On the day I got this icebox, I tested it and I found a leak from the drainage outlet even though the cap is seal and tight. I believe it is leaking from the base of the outlet. I am quite surprised by the finishing of the product that has "5 year no fuss warranty". I'll still shop from Snowys though; super fast delivery!
We ordered this esky and on first use it leaked from around the bung hole. We returned it and were sent out a new one - which we tested and it also leaks. We are so disappointed - love buying Australian made when we can. Now I am just going to return for a refund as we purchased for a road trip and we are out of time. I cannot fault Snowys and their warranty system though - I am only annoyed I have to pay for postage for the refund. Snowys covered all postage for the repair/replacement. Very impressive customer service.
