The EVC controller has certainly brought my Ford Territory to life ! After nearly 300,000 Klms I've had to suddenly learn how to be more cautious with the throttle >> & that's at '3'. Getting rid of the 2-3 second throttle lag was my main reason for buying the unit but the enthusiastic throttle behavior makes it a whole new vehicle. Its easy to swap modes & setting so sometimes I have it on a mid economy mode which still corrects the throttle lag. (Installing the unit in the Territory was a bit tight - I took out the drivers seat to give me space (and shampoo the seat) but it was well worth the effort)

Just installed it and holy crap what a difference in performance. U9 is far to responsive and will get you into all sorts of grief. Looking forward to using it on a long trip. Fitted this to a 2014 Ford Territory 2wd 4.0l petrol automatic.

Works very well with vw amarok, give it better reponse and revs up much faster than normal, and will rev right up to 4.5k quickly if you put your foot down. After driving around for a while you get used to the increased respone. Would definitely recommend for vw amarok tdi420. I leave it on auto mode all the time. Great product would highly recommend it for vw amarok.I also have one in our family car toyota prado 150, it doesnt see to have as much difference as the amarok, it still does give it better responce, just not as noticable.
What a transformation. Gone is the factory induced lethargy from a standstill in the territory, and it's now much more willing to pick up a gear when needed without burying your foot in the firewall. Love it.
Very Impressed with the I DRIVE ULIMATED9 EVC All Engine THROTTLE CONTROL.Would recommend to any body wanting to improve the performance of their car.
Was thinking about getting a tune to assist with initial throttle lag in my Bi-turbo diesel van. Absolutely not needed now, this controller has changed the driving experience dramatically! The U9 mode is actually a little too touchy, fun but too much for slow traffic driving. Auto/AC mode is ideal for everyday driving & E is great for controlled smooth driving, especially in the wet! Love the adjustability available to fine tune the perfect mode for my style of driving.
