The temperature and humidity sensors work great and the hooks into home automation are fantastic. The Air Quality measurements are a bit lacking in terms of details, doesn't stack up against say the Dyson Purifier Cool TP07 Smart Fan and Air Purifier which offers truly in-depth air quality analysis. However, that being said, it's ultra-portable and runs on battery for about 30 days so it has strengths that the big boys cannot match.

That preference does tend to narrow down the choices somewhat, but fortunately there are companies like Eve that do an exceptional job of supporting HomeKit.We wanted to be able to monitor the temperature and humidity in various rooms in our house, and while these have the added bonus of air quality, they fit that requirement at a reasonable price.
