Like other reviewers, I used this for 15 min and it broke. The pedals just stopped connecting to the spin wheel losing all resistance and making the whole thing useless. I've contacted support and sent pictures of the damage but not heard back yet. The delivery experience was also incredibly painful and almost impossible to just speak to someone when things go wrong. Definitely stay away from this bike!

Read the fine print. This bike is for people up to 170cm. I have the seat and handles on highest hole and was lucky to just get by on this setting. I'm 174cm.For a cheap bike, it gets the job done. Once you get the resistance right. It's back to the old original spin bike of going with the flow not numbers on dial.

I bought this bike to use during lockdown. It was great to begin with, but slowly the bike has started to fall apart. First, the left pedal came completely off. Next the resistance dial stopped working. I understand it is not the most expensive bike on the market, but I would expect pact more for this price.
You need to be very small adult or child to ride this bike. Putting it together isn’t easy, parts don’t fit in place easily, the computer system on the bike stopped working and the pedals now make a horrible noise. Do not get me started on trying to get a refund I’ve been backwards for 4mths now, as the bike is a third party not buying from Harvey Norman. Still waiting for the bike to be collected.It’s crap save the time!
I've had this bike for a few weeks now and it's proven to be a fantastic investment. It was easy to set up and is simple to use with a number of settings to help you track your sessions. In the time that I've been exercising this bike has already helped me lose 3kg. Great buy for people looking to start their fitness journey!
The bike really is great for the price, with the exception that where the handlebars meet the body and where the seat meets the body (to adjust height) wobbles a fair bit. It was fixed with a few pices of folded up paper in the gaps (Only I use the bike so the adjustments will remain the same). It was really easy to put together, instructions were simple although the nuts/bolts being glued into the plastic made for some humourous moments when trying to remove them...good idea, poor execution there. Overall I'm satisfied, especially for the price and since I'm just a basic user. Would have gotten 5 stars of not for the wobble.
The assembly of the exercise bike was quick and easy. Besides after we have been using it for about 7 days, the product still feels great. The only comment would be the tool provided with the exercise bike did not fit all the nuts, so I had to use my own spanners.
The height of the seat is kind of a joke. Even if you’re very short, the seat can’t really go high enough. And it is a fixed gear. Overall, you get what you pay for, but I found the inability to adjust the height to any normal person misleading.
Never never buy something big from Myer online. I pressed buy… and then read the reviews that it is not suitable for tall people. Immediately I rang Myer and after an hour on hold I talked to someone who said they would cancel the order and refund my money. A few days later I was notified my delivery was on the way! Another 40 mins later I got through to someone who said all is fine just ring allied express and cancel the pickup from the supplier. I rang allied express but as Myer not me was their customer I could not cancel, they suggested I ring Myer back and get them to cancel. I called Myer back again after a long hold period and was told it would be sorted. A few days later the delivery arrives! I ring back wait on hold again and then get told Myer will arrange ... MoreNever never buy something big from Myer online. DO NOT BUY BIG ITEMS ONLINE WITH MYER! The hours on the phone and frustrations are not worth it.
