We had these installed in front of our double garage. They work well. Only issue is the grate at one end lifts about 1cm because the channel was cut shorter so there is no notch to lock it in at the end. For those with difficulty removing the grate, you probably don't have expansion foam along the channel sides as per video instructions. This is important

Would not recommend buy the bigger drain, this plastic is light and flimsy. Really terrible to cut and join. Once you take the top grate off it won’t go back into the slots properly. Just a poor design!

A good product. Easy to install. Of course, I have to wait until the next big rain to be sure, but if it doesn't do the job, it's probably user error rather than product fault.
Great grating, some of the bits were fiddly to join especially the 90" corners and had to use some silicone. but they are nice and strong.Tho not as rigid as they used to be

Although its sleek design is definite enticing, its more than just a cool looking feature for your drainage. Easy to remove grates for cleaning.
Not thought through completely. They have a partial solution to joining the drain where it HAS to be cut. But they haven’t solved the whol;e problem yet.
The way to remove the grate requires the use of a flat screwdriver to bend out the edge of the the gutter at the grate retaining points. This is fine if you are going to have a gap all the way around the gutter in order to do this. If your going to grout in around the edges then your stuffed. Would have been better if the grate could bend instead to release the grate.
Drain channel works well but do not try and cut lengths to suit installation, when cutting a length to suit as per instructions the convertor will not join two pieces together resulting in a very poor quality section that needs additional fixings to secure a cut length into place. They need to add the tabs into the cut section to allow it to be truly modular. Stick with using 3mtr and 1 mtr lengths. My install was 3.8 mtrs long and the cut 800mm section does not attach as described using the convertor as they recommend. The design needs to be updated my the manufacturer.
