Thin but cushioned, does the job very well. A bit narrow but the length is good I use on my Body Balance classes and love it.

Quality wasnt too good. Started to chip of within couple of days.
Great gym mat, good thickness. I like that it's grey so marks aren't easily noticeable. Easy to roll up and carry, very practical if you want to use your own mat at the gym.
Fantastically grippy. Its thin, but still comfortable enough to lie on for core work.
