I ordered these a year and a half ago looking for a veggie alternative to supermarket brands. Take it on and off to ensure I’m getting essential nutrients. I did a half hour work out the next evening followed by a 45 min run/walk with my dog right after and suddenly had plenty of gas to do it. So...that was pretty amazing.I can’t be sure if it was the vitamin D or all the other stuff in there but even 5 months away from expiry this thing improved my energy and sense of well being big time. I felt calmer and more clear headed too, but that could be caused by the additional exercise as well. I'd say about a 60-70 % energy improvement in just a day! So yeah I would say these work quite well. This might be my first review written even though I read a lot of them! :)
