Best GF pasta

This is the best gluten free pasta I ever had. Love the texture and how quickly it cooks. The protein content is a real plus. I like to sauté veggies then add the cooked pasta with EVOO and some pesto. Delicious.

I was looking for an alternative to the usual pastas as I wanted something lower in carbs than the traditional choices. This does the job and my only complaint is the price but as I only have a small amount (cutting the carb content even further), I can make the packet last.

DELICIOUS! Tastes exactly like normal pasta

Decided to try this product after seeing recommendations from yoga & fitness experts. Was not disappointed!Cooks VERY quickly, after 7 minutes it is slightly softer than 'al dente' which is what my family and I prefer.Taste: It tastes exactly like normal white flour pasta, which is mind-blowing to me, & I don't understand the negative reviews honestly. The funny thing is though I use natural sea salt, and I HAVE to keep adding it in to counteract the slight sweetness of the beans. It's ESPECIALLY delicious with olive oil & garlic!Smell: smells like edamame. It's not a strong smell at all. This fettuccine also fills you up REALLY QUICKLY. Overall 10/10 product. Delicious, organic & satisfies the pasta cravings!

Explore Excellence

The Explore Edamame & Mung Bean Fettucini and Edamame & Spirulina Spaghetti are my favorites. They're fast and easy to prepare. They are a high-protein and high-fiber addition to every meal from soup to chicken dinner. They take on the flavor of sauces and whatever else you put on them or put them in. I prepare a full box at a time and dish out a portions throughout the week.

Had this with cheese sauce.
26 October 2021

Had this with cheese sauce. I like the chewy gritty texture. It also has a bit of a nutty taste. It would be really good with pesto or veggies with a nice strong parmesan cheese. If you want it be the same as regular pasta, it's not. Better mouth feel than those 0 carb fake noodles and lower carb than the other low carb pastas. Will definitely purchase more.

I love these noodles. Filling,
4 April 2017

I love these noodles. Filling, no carb crash and perfect with a wide variety of sauces and preparations. A couple of reviews critiquing this aren't entirely accurate. One compared this pasta with the same amount in grams of mung beans themselves, but these noodles isolate higher protein areas of the legume and turn it into kind of a slurry with water that thins it out considerably, making the protein and carb counts WAY different. Also, someone mentioned that this isn't JUST mung bean pasta. No, those old reviews aren't crazy. Back when this company was just known as "Explore Asian", their fettuccine was only mung bean, not mung bean and edamame. I've had both versions and they're still great, so no loss there unless you have issues with soy (I try to minimize soy, ... MoreI love these noodles. I love this and the black bean spaghetti. They have become staples in my diet for when I just want a quick and easy "pasta" night like I used to have before I cut the carbs.

Low Carb. Good Taste. Easy to Cook.

Low carbs. Still tastes great. Doesn't have the texture of pasta - more like noodles. Still great and healthy. Easy to cook too!

The nutrition numbers are GREAT!
8 October 2019

The nutrition numbers are GREAT! The taste is WONDERFUL! The Fettuccine goes with so many foods: chicken, fish, tofu, ground turkey, etc. A little goes a very long way. It cooks up to be more than expected. What I thought would be one portion, turned into 3 portions. The cooking instructions are perfect. It takes very little time to prepare. It's really good!

These are the absolute BEST
2 February 2016

These are the absolute BEST and I've tried them all (shiritaki, spaghetti squash, low carbs pastas, veggie noodles, etc) and nothing comes CLOSE! These are the closest to real pasta I have ever tried. For only a few carbs more, they are SO WORTH IT, and no heavy full gut feeling after! I will NEVER be without them and order them in bulk now. They cook up a nice al dente with no weird flavor. I've sauced them up with turkey stroganoff and also with a simple cheddar cheese sauce, or pesto, OUTSTANDING! I will use these in tons of ways including pasta salads, Italian baked dishes, soups, casseroles, etc. Possibilities are endless! Never stop selling these! I only ask for more SHAPES, if that's possible!

We really like it!
7 December 2020

These noodles taste good. Easy to cook in 5-7 minutes. We combined the all-vegie pasta with tempeh cubes, zucchini, corn, eggplant and some small pieces of hot pepper, added tahini on top. It was really delicious. Very versatile. You can be creative with this pasta. Doesn't leaving you feeling so full afterward like wheat pasta. A good alternative.
