I purchased two of these as they have retractable hood sometimes the pee seems to seep out from the base of the hood. I have 3 cats 1 cat is quiet big this is a bit small for her I've actually noticed more odour coming from these than what was coming from my old hooded tray was using recycled wood pellets mixed with bicarb soda absolutely ZERO smell but these pads & new litter pellets are omitting a bizarre smell. I won't be buying the zeolite pellets due to cost & they need changing weekly back to the old recycled pellets in this see how it goes. If you have a medium to large cat do NOT get this they are not big enough. Not really impressed at this price no I don?t recommend this product.

I’ve got four cats and have tried so, so many litter types. This is hands down the best! No smell, easy, the cats use it properly. It is an outlay at first, but well worth it because you only change the pellets monthly!

Great product. Was sick of litter being flicked everywhere. This solved it. Easy to clean. Like the litter to go with it and the tray trap for urine with the pads so easy

Item was recommended by the Breeder I got my cat from. Works well to lock in the odours, which is awesome. You will want a spare bag to top up as you lose a lot of the pellets when you scoop poop and one bag is a pretty shallow and only just adequate coverage in the tray. My cat loves it though and enjoys making a racket when digging lol
I was really unsure about this litterbox system as it sounded great in theory, but you couldn't really tell if it worked for you or your cat until you bought it. In the end I think we have found the litter box that best suits our needs.- Less odour overall- Much less scooping- Cat seems to like it better as it stays cleaner- Changing a pad once a week is much better (in my opinion) than trying to scrap clumps off the bottom of the litter box.Overall we are both very happy with this, just got to scoop out the number twos as soon as you can.
In a three cat household, I have two of these trays and they are brilliant. I never smell the tray and it's much easier to clean up and there is far less tracking than any other litter (little to none!).
I cannot slide the underside tray into the space as when I do the rear end ofthe tray falls down . I have tried many times .I phoned the number on the box that it was sent in .1800 444 320 Unicharm. The lady said that she might be able to find a rep to come to my place. I do not drive and cannot take this huge delivery.My first order with you was cancelled due to no stock. Thank you
Popped it next to the old litter box and my kitten took to it immediately. Extra bonus, no more litter flicked around the room as he can’t run through it when he has the zoomies.
So far, i think this kitty litter system is going to change my life. No mess, no smell. My younger cat doesnt like the hardness of the pellets, but hoping she gets used to that.
Love this system! Our cat had so many problem with litter before this. Literally no smell at all. Cover is easy to open for scooping and it’s so easy to keep clean
