I found with our Sony TV that the screws supplied were not long enough. I was just able to get enough turns to hold the TV up. The screws needed to be another 5mm longer. That was the longest ones supplied as you had several choices. Otherwise all good. Although, it does worry me that the TV might become loose someday and fall off the wall

Bought one of these to mount a Hisense 65 tv. Easy enough to install - partner and I (novices) followed the instructions and got the telly mounted in about 20 minutes. Used a stud finder to ensure the location was right - you dont want your new tv falling off the wall.

The product looks solid overall. When I bought it from the Cranburne West store, the sales person said that it includes everything you need for fitting it, including bolts. While attaching the mount to the wall studs with supplied bolts, the last bolt BROKE IN HALF while half of it was in the wall studs and the other half in my hand. So I had to loosen all the bolts, use my own bolts/screws for the last corner and fit it back. Was also told it will work with Samsung Q60, but the bolts that goes on the TV don't all match. There is only one set that matches, and that too is either slightly too long or too short depending on the spacers you are planning to use. So, maybe look at getting your own bolts.

Ordered this one, plus install, over the phone. They idiots booked it as a table top install service. Why the hell would I be buying a wall mount bracket if it was going to be installed on the table
Took longer than expected to be installed. Had to chase up installer to finish concealing cables. Took another week to be done.
This did not fit my new Samsung 65 inch TV. The brackets that fit to the TV on the lowest setting still stick out the bottom of the TV. The AV installer had to grind it back. Very frustrating.
Easy to fix to wall. Had a little trouble fitting the locking bar. Hard to reach behind a large TV (75) to guide the bar through the 2 slots in the bracket. Would be hard to fit a paddle lock to the bar as shown in the installation guide.
We had our new tv mounted on the living room wall using one of these handy brackets. We had it installed professionally, and it has made our tv viewing so much more comfortable, as well as making the room overall look more spacious.
The TV mount is fine. The problem i have is i cannot fit my hands between the TV and wall to insert a padlock. My TV can only use the thinner of the 2 thickness screws. I can only use 1 large spacer and 1 small spacer. If your TV uses the thicker screws, it would be fine as then you can use 2 large and 2 small spacers. It would be good if the locking bar was longer.
The wall mount itself is fine and works fine. However the product manufacturer has some issues it needs to address. The instructions state to use a 12mm drill bit if fixing mount into a concrete/brick wall. However the holes drilled with a 12mm but are too big. When putting the plastic anchor plugs into the holes and screwing the screws into them to mount the wall bracket, they spin in the holes and the screws can not be tightened. I had to go out and buy dynabolts to use because there is no anchorsuch big enough sold in hardware shops.Pretty unimpressed.
