Exactly what we needed. Description was super accurate and is of a high quality. Minimal flex in the joints, so very secure. Only small issue is the difficulty in attaching flimsy plastic covers on base plate, but got there in the end.

This is an necessarily heavy TV mount with massive bolts ! Once the TV is mounted , I noticed a slight unwanted horizontal drop no matter how much the bolts were tightened.
I purchased this after careful research and talking to the salesperson at JB Hi-fi. Despite my TV (LG OLED 55 C1PTA) falling well within the acceptable parameters I was unable to use the TV mount. For reference, my TV is under 19 kgs, less than half of the maximum allowable weight stated in the description of the mount. The main reason is because my unit has metal studs which are not as strong as wood studs. In addition to that, the top half of the TV is glass, meaning that the mount can only be attached to the bottom half of the TV, and the mount itself has just the single arm to attach to the wall. Both of these things mean that hardware in the metal studs cannot cope with the weight of the TV. I am very happy with my Smart TV. So much easier than streaming through my computer! The remote control is very small but sometimes difficult to remember how, for instance, to find the TV guide. I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Its extremely heavy and difficult to mount with only one person to get it level. Totally worth the effort though, its an awesome investment and would recommend it. The instructions are not very explicit which did cost me a lot of time figuring things out for myself, however my installation was into an old cabinet so it had a lot of variables to take into consideration that most people wouldnt normally have. Still an excellent quality item regardless of my challenges.
Great product. Having the flexibility to view the TV from different parts of the room is great. The installation by Peter was great to. He is prompt and provides a friendly professional service.
Im no handyman, but the instructions were clear, which made installation fairly easy. Feels like a really sturdy, quality product that will last forever. I didnt give 5 stars because they provide fixings in the box for masonry and wood stud walls, but not for metal studs. I Youtubed to find the best fixing for metal studs and got an awesome result in the end. Used some snap toggle hollow wall anchors.
It is robust and comes with all the screws etc that you need. Fairly straightforward to mount. The only slight negative thing is the wall mount covers are tricky to get in place, and just barely stay in place otherwise I like it.
