Excellent pressure cooker. Cooks rice so fast it feels like I'm cheating, but rice comes out perfect. Great for soups and legumes. Feels like I've time-travelled to the days of my childhood, mum using the pressure cooker almost nightly. But this time without the fear of explosion. Thank goodness for advancing technology.

I started out learning to pressure cook with Fagor pressure cookers. I have owned 3, 4 if you count the set that has came with 2 pots and one lid. I like that the pot is stainless steel. I had a Teflon coated pot but threw it out. It was 2nd hand and scratched. I've enjoyed mine very much but since owning an Instant Pot, I hardly use my stove top. I have had some issues with burning food and that has rarely happened with my IP. Overall Fagor is a good quality product and cooks well.

I gave 3 star as the same dish (same ingredients) cooked longer in Fagor than Fissler. I tested it when I got it. The dish needed about 15 mins longer to have the same results. Otherwise it's fine to use.

I have bought both the 4 litre and 6 litre versions of this pressure cooker and think they are good value. I like the pressure valve set-up (easy to undo and clean) and the fast pressure release, and the overall shape and quality of the cookers. I use the 4 litre one nearly every day for cooking vegetables, using a steamer insert so they are not sitting in the water. I have previously had Fisler and Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers, and think these Spanish-made Fagor cookers are comparable with them in performance but MUCH lower in price. Highly recommended.
Good design. Ideal size for cooking for one or two. Light weight makes for ease to handle and very easy to wash. Great purchase.

When I purchased this set, it upped my pressure cooker count to 4 of different capacities!! I love the versatility of this set as it gives me a large pressure cooker that is especially practical for broths, as well as serving as a large general purpose pot for pasta, soups, etc. The smaller 4-qt cooker works great for vegetables, pot roasts, and so much more. The added bonus of a standard lid that fits both pots is a giant plus in my book!! I am a huge fan of pressure cooking and couldn't be happier with this set.
