We have had this cooker installed in October 2019 and have used it every day since.It certainly is the best we ever had.The induction cook top is great. However rear right heat ring glass surface is looking tarnished/sandblasted. We are aware that glass will scratch/wear overtime but despite us being very cautious it is still happening at a faster rate than expected.Regardless, we are still very pleased. ( maybe not so much about the price)

My food is cooked so well and quickly compared to my old oven. The induction top is one of my favourite features, the different zones are plenty for me to cook multiple dishes at once. I love the Grill that can be used on the 2 x left zones, perfect for bbq style grilling. The dials to turn the cook zones on are fabulous and I love the warm feature so you can keep your food on a low warm setting whilst waiting for other dishes to be prepared or for the family to all arrive for dinner. Quality build and very functional. Induction cooktop is spacious and superior to gas with greater temp control than gas. Oven at floor level is inconvenient, but that was a trade-off we were prepared to accept. These are very expensive units but we are happy with the outlay.

Brilliant upright cooker. Oven is excellent. Induction cooktop is good....however the only drawback Are the size of the induction zones (too small)...you end up “stewing” meat if you are cooking multiple pieces of beef/steak on a pan...if it had a flex-induction top or even just bigger zones (even if it meant having less zones but bigger ones) it would be the best upright cooker on the market. The build quality is incredible and overall the unit is very good. But the size of the the zones is pretty frustrating...
I have finally found an oven that lives up to the hype. Had it installed a month ago and have been thrilled with the results from both ovens. Previous brands have cooked unevenly requiring me to turn roasting tins around in order to stop burning as areas within the oven have had an inconsistent temperature. I now get even browning or crisping without having to turn baking dishes around. The Nexus Dual Fuel is the combination I have searched for for 20 years!!! Not inexpensive but worth the investment.
We chose an induction cook top assuming it wouldn't be as nice to use as gas, but would reduce our fossil fuel use. It turns out induction is even better than gas - it can heat faster, has better control, easier to clean and cools much faster after being turned off! Glad we bought this cooker.The oven also heats quickly and is efficient and easy to use.
This cooker has been a welcome addition to our kitchen. For the first time we have an easy to use grill and we have used it constantly. The two oven system is wonderful. I use the side oven for baking biscuits and smaller cakes as well as some evening meals. Both ovens heat quickly and the fans give evenly distributed heat beautifully. I am still discovering the advantages of multi function, but am getting there. The cook top is not my first gas stove but is such good quality especially when wanting to clean it up. It comes up looking like new every time. I thought that the hobs may not be great for slow cooking, but that has not been the case. The range of temperatures of the hobs is excellent. My dream range! I’ve always wanted 2 ovens especially when family come to visit and I’m trying to prepare a huge roast but want to keep the newly baked pavlova fresh and crispy in the oven. The tall oven is my go to for multiple trays of veges. Gas hot plates are easy to use with responsive dials to regulate heat and a dream to clean. And the Falcon range fits perfectly in my new white and spotted gum kitchen.
I have been using my oven for 4 months now. I find it easy to use and have used all the features. I particular like the warmer and the fact the grill is separate to the oven. It has inspired myself and the family to try new exciting recipes and I like forward to many more enjoyable meals to come.
Replaced a dual fuel Falcon oven / stove with this. The induction cooktop is very versatile compared with gas. Able to boil a large pot of water in 3 minutes, but also great for low and gentle cooking. Both the ovens are very quiet and well insulated - Able to reach a high temperature very fast
