We particularly like the ability to divide the oven space in two to save electricity, and using the left hand side as a warmer is a very nice bonus. The oven is easy to use, with just the right range of features and the cooktop is a dream. Finally, the pyrolytic function is heaven-sent!

Solid, reliable unit. All the burners function well and the wok burner is also useful for when I use a big pot to make stocks, soups and sauces. The oven has plenty of room, gets up to temperature very quickly and cooks everything evenly. The pyrolytic function has proven to be very good and overall the cooker is easy to clean though the gas ring bases do require to be cleaned as soon as something is spilled otherwise can be difficult to get off. The bottom storage is invaluable and easy to access.

Beautiful looking oven with fantastic functionality. Love the the ability to split the oven for smaller capacity cooking, reducing the energy use. The 90cm oven internal capacity is the the largest of similar ovens, no wasted internal space allowing for three 12 capacity muffin trays on each shelf. Professional, multi function oven for the passionate home chef and a beautiful looking accessory for the kitchen. This oven is both.

The black looks amazing but it’s a bit like a black car and shows every mark. Still working out how to clean it. It’s hard to see the different oven settings on the dial- need to go by memory. Love the wok ring and the tepanyaki grill and the storage drawer underneath. Oven seems to cook well and looking forward to experimenting more.
I purchase my first Falcon in 2015, I then sold my house in 2018 so had only enjoyed it for three years. I absolutely love my oven. When i moved I spent a lot of money redesigning the kitchen so I could buy the same oven again. My friends often comment that they have oven envy. It is absolutely fantastic. The convenience of a split oven when needed is the selling point for me. It looks amazing and the gas on the top is so easy and quick. Cooking at home went to new levels. In my 6th year with this appliance and give it 10 out of 10.
Super happy with my Falcon, never thought I’d use a griddle/teppenyaki plate as much as I have. Smaller oven option perfect for weekday meals, then all the capacity for a large dinner party by removing the middle section which is easy to do. The pyrolytic feature is the best! Need an old fashioned wok for my wok burner. Enough space for me and another family member to each be pottering about on stove. Cool colour, easy to clean. Love that solid chunky feel with a modern twist!
A very good oven, with a couple of problems.The LED lights on the front are quite dim, so when sunlight comes through our kitchen window and shines on the front of the oven, you cannot tell if the lights are illuminated.The second problem is with the pyrolytic cleaning. We did not realize that you need to strip all racks and brackets from the oven before using the pyrolytic function. These have to be cleaned by hand in the old fashioned way. Also, we did not realize that the pyrolytic cleaning take several hours and emits toxic fumes, meaning we have to open all doors and windows to air out the house.
When we were building our new home, I insisted that we upgrade our oven from the standard provided (dream oven for a dream kitchen!). Everyone raved about the different competitors, but I was instantly drawn to Falcon. The customer rep could see I had fallen in love with it, and told me despite the price tag, it was a worthwhile investment and I would never regret my purchase, and 18 months later, he's right! It cooks a dream, there is serious space on the hob to allow multiple cooking activities. The ability to convert the oven into two chambers is great, allows you to cook smaller meals without warming the entire oven, but in the event of large catering, it can accommodate. Falcon was our preference at the start but the retailer had none in stock, so we opted for another very well known and expensive brand. Bad move. It was a problem from the start with countless visits by technicians. In the end we returned it under warranty. We then purchased the Falcon Professional +FX and could not be happier. It is very functional, it is well laid out and it looks good too ! The Falcon is easy to clean and seems to be made of much tougher product/metals. The oven space is more than we hoped for with the added feature of the divider to create a warming space. Could not rate this product more highly.
Had our oven 5 years now.First claim from glass loose in door and leaking heat.Second claim for warped cooktop grillsThird claim for door rusting and paint bubblingWhat happens when out of warranty?Initial cost was $7000!! You don’t get much for your money anymore.Size of the oven is great for Xmas with the family.Running half size every other day of the year.5 burners are handy when cooling up a storm.Looks fancy, piro cleaning works flawlessly every time.
