I eat !/3 c. every morning plain as is . I use a small spoon and eat it out of a small fancy jar. It fills me up and eating it dry satisfices may my need to graze by chewing longer ,Sounds funny. I am try to shrink my body size. Familia Swiss Muesli has been sustaining my nourishment through out the early afternoon. I do drink a few ounces of almond milk ,coffee, and lots of water too, Mostly I find it delicious and easy too eat .Sometimes I snack on it while watching a show or movie at night.

This muesli is expensive, but it is made with great ingredients. You can find cheaper muesli, but the contents will rely more on oats. I find Familia is on the sweet side, but the sugar-free version (in the green box) is a completely different formula! You can even things out by adding plain yogurt or berries or whatever. I get migraine headaches from food sensitivities, and I never know what will be a problem (for example, the granola in bins at the store makes me sick). The was the first muesli I ever tasted. That was 55 years ago and I still think it is the best. I recently tracked it down again via iHerb am delighted to be reacquainted with it. I will be sending it as Christmas presents to my children.I love the smooth texture of the mix which has become more convenient the more teeth I have lost.The apple flavor, which strengthens with soaking is delicious.My favourite! Highly recommended.
Delivery was awful.We're experiencing heat wave in Southern California. The FedEx delivery person left the package of 6 boxes of Familia Swiss Muesli cereal by the curbside in the heat without bringing the package to the front door inside the porch which is in the shade. I did not see the delivery notice until one hour and fifty minutes later. This whole time the cereal boxes were sitting in the heat in the late afternoon in the Southern California heat wave. When I brought the cereal boxes into the house, they were very warm to touch. Is there a requirement (for this case, it's Fedex) to deliver the package by the front door instead of leaving it near the street where any passersby can just pick it up?
If you love oats with milk, then you'll love this cereal. Eighty percent of it is oat filler. It's like chewing on soggy sawdust. I expected a mix of different ingredients (with maybe just a little bit of a crunch). Instead what I got was one boring texture and one boring flavor. Oats.
