Purchased a FEATHER SS Artist Club Japanese style razor and I need blades.I decided to purchase the feather Professional Super Single-Edge Razor Blades that was highly recommended for that specific razor. And I love them Very sharp and precise shave!

I bought these to go with a Feather Artist Club DX. I get great results from the Feather blades on my DE razor and figured the same blades on a straight would be worth a try. These are *sharp*. They plowed through 5 days of stubble like a hot knife through butter. Much sharper than my best results using paste on a strop with my traditional straight (but the traditional straight still provides me with a BBS shave). Although I did not actually cut myself, I did notice 2 vertical red lines about 3” long - one on each side of my neck - probably from the edge of the blade, that stayed visible until the next day. Impressed and still using, but with much respect.

Feather quality blades and lost of 'em!

If I had to decide now they would be innocent.

They arrived 2days ago I haven't had time to use them or form an opinion but they look really sharp through the package and the default rating is a 5 star review. Therefore I must presume their innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. I know that Smallflower has the best prices on the web and practice proactivity like it was a lost religion. You can't go wrong with these guys.

On my 7th shave with the same blade. I normally toss the DE style blades after three shaves. Smooth, sharp and efficient. Great buy.

Sharp and gentle

Feather Professional Super are clearly the best blades for me and my Feather Professional Artist Club DX Pearl razor. From my experience shaving with Kai Captain Titan Mild is not so gentle: they are less sharp so I have to use more pressure. Feather Proguard blades are very unpleasant to use because its protective wires are scratching my sensitive skin. Feather Professional blades are very good, but not as good as Super, which are more rigid and allow a slightly wider range of angles.

Very sharp blades work well shaving but a little tight on the single edge razor that I bought purchased that said that uses these blades either the razor heads are too big for the blade holes are too small can make them work but it's a pain

Feather artist aren't for the faint of heart, but in your Cobra, or other single edge razors, you'll get a close, comfortable, lasting shave.! Now, don't cheap out on the soap, get a brush, try something like Proaso, or Tabac! You'll never use trendy cartridge razors again.

The Finest Disposble Blade Made - certainly the sharpest!

I own both a Feather Artist Club SS and DX Kamasori style razor (plus about a dozen straight razors in my rotation as well) so I'm fairly experience - plus I have a course beard and sensitive skin.Regarding SE blades, I've used them all. I use to use the Feather Professional because it was what most SE seemed to recommend. About 6-months ago I switched to the Feather Professional Super and haven't looked back.These blades are certainly sharp, but IMO shave most like a true straight razor, assuming a true shave ready properly honed blade. I consider their sharpness even smoother than a Feather Pro because of the end-game of efficiency which works well for my beard and skin combo - assuming one uses the razor with some skill and care. The key to a great SE shave in IMHO is building a lather for maximum glide (more water) and not so much thickness.Keep the Feather Artist Club or Kai razor sufficiently wet and rinsed. A thick lather that is too dry isn't your friend with these types of SE razors- thinner is better!
