Love to be able to do headstands now although I’m still practising to get used to being upside down. I get dizzy easily but with the right prep I can be upside down for 30 seconds. It’s a matter of building it up.
I've wanted one of these for ages. The price put me off a bit as I think they are expensive for what they are. But well made and great for inversions.
We LOVE our FeetUp Yoga Stool....Bought for myself and my daughter. Took me few 'jumps' to get upright but once done and you know you are safe, it becomes so easy !.....I follow the FeetUp instagram page so I'm working towards the next stages ....Great solid piece of kit and eco-friendly which is important to us .... Beautifully finished , well designed headstand yoga stool - sturdy and safe and well cushioned for comfort whilst doing inversions ....
It is not cheap, but I am pleased I decided to spend extra as quality is very good and, as a novice to handstands, I feel very safe doing my exercises.
