As far as the quality of ingredients of Feline Natural, this is the best canned food on the market -- the ingredients have been vetted human grade, there are no starchy fillers or thickening agents. Both my cats really love the taste, it's one of the very few foods that I don't have to add a topper to.Unfortunately, one of my cats, who became constipated on raw foods with ground bone, also became constipated on this food. Feline Natural uses chicken necks as the calcium source for the chicken/venison recipe (which isn't disclosed on their ingredient list, I had to call to inquire re: the calcium source).Apparently companies do not have to reveal their calcium source on an AAFCO approved ingredient label unless the calcium used is a synthetic source, e.g., ... MoreAs far as the quality of ingredients of Feline Natural, this is the best canned food on the market -- the ingredients have been vetted human grade, there are no starchy fillers or thickening agents. Both my cats really love the taste, it's one of the very few foods that I don't have to add a topper to.Unfortunately, one of my cats, who became constipated on raw foods with ground bone, also became constipated on this food. I'll probably finish up what I have left of this, maybe just half a can per cat for one meal -- 1.5 oz each, but otherwise we likely won't reorder but I'd still recommend it to others.***Note to Chewy: You need to update the FAQ section on this product, 3rd question: "Why is there canola oil ..." -- there *isn't* any canola oil in the new recipe, that is dated information, please correct.

This is my first Feline Natural purchase and I am so happy my cats love it! I have a 11 yo ginger tabby and 2 yo black DSH and they've been picky with their wet food. This is the first time a wet food is finished when first introduced and they've consistently been polished up. I have introduced the Lamb & Salmon version as well to the cats and it doesn't seem to be much of a hit so I would recommend the Chicken Feast over the Lamb & Salmon.

Recently tried this as an alternative to Ziwi Peak - am delighted with it and Mori likes a lot as well.Especially happy with how wet it is which is important to me in summer as cats arenât great water drinkers so is good for him to get this hydration from his food. Considering switching to this solely for the summer months! Four paws up!
I have 11 cats and try to feed them the best all wet and freeze dried diet I can afford. They absolutely love the chicken and venison feast. I like that itâs healthy and there are no added, nasty and unnecessary ingredients. My cats have been eating Feline Natural cat food for a couple years now and are happy and very healthy. Yes, itâs expensive, but Iâd rather pay for good, healthy food than outrageous vet bills and have unhealthy cats.
Having a male cat that suffers with occasional urinary conditions, I use this brand for three reasons: 1) He loves it, 2) the company responds quickly if you have questions or concerns and 3) the variety of flavors are low ash which is necessary to prevent urinary problems; i.e.; 1.9%..No other food (and I have tried many including prescription diets) has this low level of ash. It is pricier but if it avoids the expense of vet visits and medications, it's worth it. Plus being on meds for lengths at a time can eventually cause more serious conditions down the road. My cat is going on 6 yrs. old and keeping him healthy and well is primary.
My 14+ year old cat is on a rotation of homemade raw and canned and freeze dried. The canned I was using recently was discontinued and thankfully I found Feline Natural. The freeze dried raw was also discontinued so I tried the Feline Natural version of that too. With a slow transition she has accepted both new formulas (the chicken) and now eats them with enthusiasm. Her coat is shinier and softer than ever and everything coming out the other end like it should. I am over the moon! I especially like the absence of thickeners. That's the one beef I had with the old food, so they did me a favor with the discontinuation.
I've been using this food for a while and loved it, but something changed recently.... the liquid in the can looks weird and cloudy. The consistency of the food is weird, too. All of a sudden, my cats have bad diarrhea and one of my cat started to burst white foam from her mouth. I would not recommend this product unless Feline Natural fixes the issue.
I have bought this food for years because of its high quality ingredients and no-fillers. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not put the public on notice that they had made changes to their packaging. I contacted the manufacturer and by their own admission this is what they stated,"The Pet Food cans are lined with a Lacquer system which is a special liquid which is applied to the metal of the can in order to protect it from the product. The lining is BPAni (Bisphenol A, Non-Intentional). Meaning "BPA non-intent" to show that they are not intentionally adding BPA, but that they probably have other products that contain BPA and there could be some carry-over. I have cases of their "bad" food that have made my cats sick. The food is rancid with a metallic odor. I have cases of their "bad" food that have made my cats sick. The food is rancid with a metallic odor. The lacquer lining inside the can is breaking down and leaching into the food and contaminating it. The food is a health hazard. It is not safe for consumption. This food is too expensive to be packaged in cans that poison the food.
I had bought this quite a while ago, but my cats didnât care for it. Must have been the venison because they hadnât had that before. But Feline Natural is a super healthy food and I try to feed my crew as healthy as possible without going raw. Unfortunately, Feline Natural doesnât have many flavors to choose from. Itâs been a while now, so I decided to try the chicken and venison again. They were a bit hesitant at first, but patience is key when it comes to cats and this food is expensive. Eventually, one by one they started trying it and now all 12 seem to love it. One thing though, the smell is a little off putting because of the venison blood, but cats like stinky food.
