After burning up a couple of office shredders I opted for this beast. Works extremely well with no down time. Its quite, powerful and never jams. I would recommend this for any very busy office. I did many banker box size boxes of papers in a very short time.

Our old Fellows Powershred had been giving us trouble for a while & finally gave up the ghost after 17 1/2 years of faithful service. I do not think we can find one that will last as long as the old one, but here goes. We have had the new shredder for a few weeks now. It serves a large office with multiple users, only we do not have a great deal to shred. It does what it is supposed to easily with no problems, so there is that. It is not as quite as advertised or better said about the same loudness as the old unit. If not a little louder. Greater safety features than the old one. I don't know how much of an advantage this is. It is just one more component that can fail and seriously how much can you idiot proof the world. Feeding newspapers into the slot does not go so good. Not nearly as fast, smooth, and easy as my old C-120 shredder. If you don't feed the papers straight in they get hung up on a small lip on both sides of the feed slot about 1/2" in the shredder. Would not buy again.

Machine operates as described. I had several thousand documents that needed shredding and the work was completed within several hours. I stopped every 30 minutes to allow the machine to cool and it performed nicely. I would recommend this machine for a small to medium sized office.
We bought this a few weeks ago and love it. This new model is a great replacement! It is easy to use, fast and quiet. The maintenance is easy and everyone loves using it.
Compared to other shredders I've used, it is quite. It truly shreds through staples and paperclips, I tested that first day! And you can shred lots of pages at once. I would recommend. I under estimated my shredding needs and could have opted for a larger capacity, but overall I've very happy!
I was looking for an excellent shredder with a large capacity container and not too expensive. I found all in this Fellowes model. A perfect match!
The red warning light and the fact it won't start shredding when too many papers are put in is awesome. Too many times our old shredder would get jammed and whoever did it just left it that way. Very frustrating. I can't say anything about durability or recommend yet since it is brand new.
Love this shredder! We had a Fellowes C-120-2 shredder that we literally wore out using it here in this medical practice. We were so happy with the first C-120-2 shredder's performance that we bought a Fellowes C-120 shredder to replace the shredder we wore out. I would highly recommend this shredder to any small office needing a great shredder at a reasonable price. Buy this shredder-you won't be disappointed that you did so!
This is a great shredder (except that is a strip-cut shredder). It has a heavy weight so will not tip over when moving it around. It cuts super fast and quiet. Also love the size of the trashcan. I real plus when doing a lot of shredding at one time.
