I love these guitar cables, I am growing a small collection of them. They look great, work perfectly and are great value for money. The colours have a retro appeal and make it easy to differentiate between guitar leads. They are lightweight and easy to move around with.

Ordered one of these cables and used it for about a week or two and the cable became faulty. The cable would barely bend and it would make a crackling noise then a super loud pop noise. Got sent a new one. Ordered another one in a different color and the same thing happen after a week. They sent me another new one. I guess I must be unlucky with fender cables since this product seems to be getting 5 stars.

Overall a decent cable, I like the bold colours of these Fender cables and the overall build quality is decent for a home studio, practicing or light gigging.Although if you were to go on the road with them and use them exclusively from your guitar to your rig you'd have to be cautious as I can see them getting damaged over time compared to some of the thicker, robust cables out there.

Bought two of these cables and after a week of using them they all went bad on me. I would move around a bit and the cable would cause my amp to have this really loud breaking / popping noise. GC kindly sent me another cable for the defectives ones I had hoping it was just a bad cable and nope. Had the same issue after a week. I will never invest in these types of fender cables.
Fantastic instrument cable at a fantastic price from PMT.Quality is excellent and the sound superb .Cannot go wrong at this price.Better than some of my cables over twice the price.Highly recommend
I'm using my Fender Coiled Instrument Cable every time I plug into my amp. What I like most about it is the extended straight bit with a right-angle plug to go into the output jack on my Gibson ES-335. Almost every other brand of cable doesn't have the long straight ends. I think we all like to feed our cable through the guitar strap before plugging into the output jack. This prevents us from accidentally pulling the cable out of its socket. If you're gonna use a coiled lead, which itself is a great idea to prevent us from stepping on our cable many times every gig, you need the extra length straight section of the cable at each end. Fender have addressed this necessity perfectly. I've had other fender cables in the past which have been much thicker, thus losing flexibility and being marginally heavier to lug around in my instrument case. This original cable is far cheaper and also thinner so it bends a lot more easily and can be folded up into a smaller space. Nevertheless, it absolutely keeps it durability when compared to other thicker fender cables.
I bought this cable in Daphne blue a year ago from fender and it worked, but there was a grounding issue and it made a loud humming noise. I would suggest looking at Mogami or Ernie Ball cables. Fender makes great amps and guitars, but everything else is mediocre.
Great cord and seems very sturdy and reasonable price. Nice selection in the shop. Will definitely be back for other purchases.
Works well but I accidentally picked out one without the angled jack which us quite uncomfortable for a les paul player however this was my fault. Other than that it is excellent
