I was a little hesitant on buying this amp because of the size, but I decided to take a shot at it. I was very surprised at the power this thing puts out. I use it on my Fender Malibu acoustic electric and also on my Alesis Nitro Mesh Drumkit. It packs plenty of power for both. Highly satisfied with the amplifier. It has a mic input as well and is perfect for small gigs and jamming around the house. AMS offers a 45 day return policy which makes it a no brainer to purchase this thing. If you are looking for an inexpensive amplifier to jam on then I would highly recommend this Fender Acoustasonic Amplifier. You get a great quality product at an affordable price range, backed by an amazing customer support team and return policy.

This was a surprise. I was sure this would sound decent but I was pleasantly surprised at the control & versatility. With a Stratacoustic, very clean & crisp, nice body. I tried all the normal dang Shure's everyone uses but this was great with a Blue Encore 100. Decided to try my daughters Roland Aerophone, very good tone overall. This would work for a little gig or practice of course, but for recording it would work well & of course you can mic this in a larger club/venue. Overall a fun, quality & versatile little amp. I recommend this, for the cost you can do a lot with it.

I made this purchase for my Daughter. She has just picked up the music bug. She wants to learn guitar, but also sing. I searched and searched and decided to go with the 15w Fender Acoustasonic Amplifier. She is young or I would have went with the 40W. I think this is the perfect gift for Christmas with her new Guitar and microphone. It is great quality. Its loud enough to jam, but not so loud her ears hurt. I think it sounds great and she loves it! Plays on it everyday and gets to sing along with music. Everything a new musician needs to get started. I would even use this amp, but I love playing loud! I may purchase another for my son to use with his Acoustic guitar. I Definitely recommend to any beginner or pro that just needs a little more volume for a room.

Better Than Expected
1 June 2022

I just received this fender amp. For the money, it's more than I expected: very portable, simple to use, good enough sound for small gigs and performance. I was most concerned about vocal quality, but this amp does an adequate job.I had read a few reviewed describing a hissing noise.- no hiss here.

Faithful sound and power for classroom
9 January 2022

I use it with my Yamaha parlor 14-fret and Ibanez OO slotted-headstock 12-fret acoustic-electric guitars. With both, the sounds are rich and full. I don't need to fill a large room, just my living room. Even so, the volume knob doesn't even need to go past 9 o'clock for me to get powerful and distortion-free sounds.

Great low priced but powerful acoustic amp!
3 August 2021

I came down to Florida to visit family, I flew my semi hollow but didn't have an amp I could travel with. I ended picking up this one in Tampa and so far I love it. I use it for clean jazz tones with my electric and its really great sound for the price. I know some people would rather like reverb than chorus but I'm a 90s kid so I LOVE chorus. Its only 12 lbs or so, I was able to fly it home easily and hook it up to my regular rig at home and also use it with my mic and acoustic guitar. It sounds even better with actual acoustic instruments. My friend and I did a little street jam with my old Guild and a Remo djembe mic'd up to this little amp and it sounded GREAT for under $100. I also got a $6 cable to connect a jam track input to the mic input and it works ... MoreI came down to Florida to visit family, I flew my semi hollow but didn't have an amp I could travel with. You are better off getting one of these and a real portable battery pack for an extra $100 (which you can use for anything) than get an amp with built in recharageables. This is a great buy, if you need an acoustic amp and want something small and cheap but with good sound and versatile - snag one of these.

Great smaller Fender 15 Amp
18 December 2021

Love my Fender 15, got it a Thrift store for much less than a new one, it was in great shape and sounds awesome, with rich deep sound. Alot louder than I figured on before I got home to try it out. Its very well Builth box and high-end knobs with a vintage Fender look. I highly recommend this little amp for convenient practice or when on the go to jam with friends. The separate Mic input and volume knobs are nice when you want to sing and play at the same time. I have a huge 4 speaker Yamaha Amp that is huge, but this little amp rivals it when both are set at lower volumes. Also, this one is easier to carry on the go, and mine sets in my living room next to my guitar for easy practicing while my huge one takes up too much space in there, so I only roll it out when ... MoreLove my Fender 15, got it a Thrift store for much less than a new one, it was in great shape and sounds awesome, with rich deep sound. I love this little amp

This is the perfect amp for me. I play some small gigs, coffee shops, house shows, special events, busking, etc. I have a full sound system for when I need it, playing with full band, or larger/noisy venues. But I wanted something that allowed me to bring everything I needed in one trip, that was super simple to set up, and that sounded really good even at full volume, and I wanted to stay in budget. I'm playing a vintage Guild F30 with K&K mini pickups directly in this box, normally I run that through a preamp, and it sounds fine. The Chorus Control is a nice addition, and provides a fuller sound than your naked guitar would. The vocal input channel is barebones, which means it is capturing my voice precisely, which is fine. I might pair this up with a TC Helicon ... MoreThis is the perfect amp for me. Perfect amp for my use. I'm impressed.

I use this amp for making home videos and as the basic sound source for a nursing home sing-a-long group. The amp is excellent in both applications and does everything I need it to do. It is used with a Shure P48 Mic and an Ovation Balladeer Guitar. It handles both with ease. I can also balance the voice and guitar easily before a performance and then forget about all that during the performance knowing the sound will be consistent. The light weight nature of the amp is also a major plus. Transporting the amp is no more difficult than carrying a briefcase. I used to play through a Fender Twin Reverb which almost required a pallet Jack to move it around. So this is extremely easy. I also like the chorus effect immensely. So, I'm actually using this for a parlor bass.
9 April 2020

So I have a parlor bass (Ibanez pnb-14e) and it feedback like crazy.I bought this little amp thinking that it would get me some more volume while playing in the living room without feeding back, and it does.I figured if I still had feedback issues with the direct in, then I could just use a condenser microphone to amp it, but didn't need to go that route because the direct in works really well.I like the built in chorus, it's a nice feature to have so I don't have to bother with a pedal. At such a low price, this is a great buy. It works for me for what I want to do. Really happy with it.
