Yum!! My kids eat the Kinder brand products all the time and I just tried my first one today. First of all I’m not sure what I was expecting it to taste like since I’ve passed them up probably 100 times because these are for sure one of the best tasting treats I’ve ever had! So so so good! Melt in your mouth good! Once you get past the easy crunch hippo shell it’s full of creamy chocolatey/milky goodness 🤤🤤🤤

I put these in my kids Easter baskets every year. They tell me that out of all of the candy they get, it is always their favorite. I love the thin, crispy shell. I love the smooth chocolate filling. I love cute it looks (it looks like an adorable baby hippo). My favorite thing about it is how it's the perfect size to satisfy a sweet craving without leaving you feeling like you over did it.

These are seriously amazing little gems which are actually not found everywhere! They remind me of my childhood! The outside it biscuity with biscuit chocolate crumbs I thinks . The inside has an almost ganache like texture of white and milk chocolate combined, taste like kinder eggs ( being from the same brand of course) . The hippo itself is silly and cute and I use to love eating the little biscuit in three segments as a kid! A treat for any age.

A hidden gem

I had never tried these before, but they looked interesting, so I added it to my order of Peanut Butter Chunky Kit Kats which are really good. After tasting them today, they are amazing and rather addicting. The biscuit reminds me of a wafer cookie and the cream inside is really rich and creamy. The milk and cocoa cream go well together with the crispy biscuit. The chocolate around the base reminds me of the Hershey Dunkers topping that Pizza Hut used to make. Overall the product is well worth the price. After my initial order arrived I ended up placing another 2 orders to hand out to family and friends.

You get 10 boxes of hippos, five hippos to a box, each hippo individually wrapped. Each hippo is a finger-size cookie with a light, thin, crispy, sweet wafer on the outside, and a delicious, creamy cocoa filling, with vanilla cream for accent and a lovely crumbled-cookie bottom (I guess the crumbled-cookie bottom is supposed to resemble the muddy habitat of a hippo). Each little hippo has two tiny eyes, probably painted with vanilla and cocoa creams. Each cookie is shaped like a cute hippo with a big head and a big nose (just like real hippos). They are absolutely delicious. After these 10 boxes are gone, I'm buying more.

I bought these as a novelty treat for my grandson but all the family absolutely love them. Great that they are individually wrapped so can be tucked away in the cupboard for when they deserve one.

I have soooo missed these. Its been years since Ive come across any and they right here under my nose. Tasty, sweet crunchy hippo shell with chocolate sprinkles that drops everywhere so be sure to use a napkin or saucer. And then theres the deliciously sweet, creamy hazelnut and milk filling that makes it so difficult for me to stop st just one. Give it a try. For those who are sensitive to sweet things I would avoid as this is very sweet. For anyone else, I say dig in!
