Being a vegetarian I need a great iron suppliment to ensure i'm getting all that my body needs. Easy to digest and effective. Great value for money.

Good alternative to expensive brands

Great iron supplement! It does not upset my tummy and it is so cheap compared to other brands!It has higher iron content compared to other pre natal tablets and you pay a quarter for the price for this one. The folic acid is below 100 of the requirement but i guess that's fine. This was recommended by my gp as we are planning to have a baby soon.
