I bought this as I didn't want to become addicted to Sudafed nasal spray during my cold. Its ok but not as effective as the medicated nasal spray.Ideal & safe to use when travelling on the plane when my nose gets really dry.
Bought this for a long 24 hour flight to Europe. As I suffer from hayfever the thought of the drying air conditioner and cabin stuffiness the Fess Nasal Spray was just what I needed to keep my sinuses hydrated.

Doesn’t really work for real sinus issues maybe people with very light hay fever but full on sinus problems forget about it. The pump also always blocks up after about the first 3 sprays so you end up wasting the rest of the bottle.
Very happy with this product. It really helps to unblock the nose and breathe better.
