Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water is made using naturally sourced quinine from the bark of the fever tree in the Congo, blended with spring water, natural cane sugar and Tanzanian bitter orange, much like their Premium Indian Tonic Water. The Elderflower Tonic adds fresh elderflower extract to bring a floral summery flavour to your G&T. The elderflowers are sourced from a Gloucestershire farm where the flowers are processed within hours of hand-picking to retain their full flavour. Importantly, no preservatives or artificial ingredients are ever used in any of Fever-Tree's products. If three quarters of your Gin & Tonic is tonic, then you should be using the best tonic. This is the attitude Fever-Tree brought to the craft of their original Indian Tonic Water and a standard they continue to apply across their range.

This beautifully floral tonic water is a beautiful addition to modernise your classic G&T. It has a really subtle sweet flavour that comes through beautifully. It's become a favourite mixer of mine.

Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic with Tanqueray London Dry Gin is one of the smoothest G&Ts I've ever tried. This particular tonic gives the classic cocktail a fresh, subtle sweetness - must try combo !

I first tried the Elderflower tonic at the food wine show. It certainly wasn’t what I expected. I now add it to Hendricks gin with a slice of cucumber and some lime so flora sweet enough with just the right amount of fizz. Always on my shopping list.

When I was little, my favourite aunty would drink gin cocktails made with elderflower cordial. She would make me my own elderflower and lemonade mocktail and I thought I was the fanciest, most grown-uppest girl in the world. It tasted like a tropical garden, and I always associate the flavour of elderflower with good times (and dancing in the backyard). Now that I'm a grownup myself, I am always on the lookout for the most delicious elderflower flavours to recreate my own fancy cocktails. Fever Tree has hit the spot, and it's now my mixer of choice when I want to feel like a grownup (and dance in the backyard).
Elderflower Tonic Water has a soft and delicate flavour, a little bit sweet and definitely exotic. It's great on it's own with ice but what surprised me was how refreshing my Tanqueray became with the added elderflower taste. Usually I mix with Premium Indian Tonic Water, but I have to say, the elderflower added a twist that I enjoyed even more..
Gins have resurged in popularity recently and for good reason - Gin is delicious! A good quality spirit is best paired with a good quality mixer. I love to mix this Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water with a good Aussie gin, anything from the Settlers gin range. This tonic water is light, refreshing and perfect on a sunny afternoon!
Ever since Harry & Meghans Elderflower and Lemon Wedding Cake, I have made it my mission to sample all things Elderflower. Turns out, they knew what they were doing! - at least when it comes to cakes! Fever-Tree Premium Elderflower Tonic Water and gin makes for a wonderfully refreshing summer drink.
Since I can remember, I've always used normal tonic water for my G&T's, because that's the way I like it and I've never felt the need to change. However when I noticed the "Elderflower" variant of Fever-Tree tonic, I figured I'd give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! What a refreshing, unique and interesting take. I highly recommend it for your next G&T.
I tried this tonic with a wedge of a blood orange and a couple of large ice cubes. Its quite crisp and definitely refreshing on a hot afternoon. Gins In at the moment and there's plenty of good boutique Gins available now in Aus. If you like your gin with a mixer, its worth getting a quality product like this one. Goes well with flavour combinations (herbs, fruits, spices etc)
My husband and I bought this after seeing it for the first time in the shops. The bottle design and label are what first attracted our attention, but the taste is what keeps us coming back. Very high end tonic to mix with gin or as a sophisticated alternative to a soft-drink. We've since gone on to try others in this range, but this is our favourite.
