Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water is made using naturally sourced quinine from the bark of the fever tree in the Congo, blended with spring water, natural cane sugar and Tanzanian bitter orange, much like their Premium Indian Tonic Water. The Elderflower Tonic adds fresh elderflower extract to bring a floral summery flavour to your G&T. The elderflowers are sourced from a Gloucestershire farm where the flowers are processed within hours of hand-picking to retain their full flavour. Importantly, no preservatives or artificial ingredients are ever used in any of Fever-Tree's products. If three quarters of your Gin & Tonic is tonic, then you should be using the best tonic. This is the attitude Fever-Tree brought to the craft of their original Indian Tonic Water and a standard they continue to apply across their range.

I picked up a 4 pack of the Pink Grapefruit mixers to try. These are absolutely delicious! I love the glass bottles. I love that the size is just right for one cocktail. I love that it's grapefruit without being bitter nor overly sweet. These really level up cocktails. We tried these with tequila in palomas, with strawberry flavored gin, and with vodka. Really a fun mixer, we have already repurchased!

Trying to avoid artificial sweeteners led us to Fever Tree and similar products. The "light" version of their tonics is acceptable and the Elderflower version is very palatable. I particularly like the fact that there are no "chemically-named" ingredients. I would buy more often but the price keeps going up, so we usually wait until it's on offer or we have a money-off voucher :-)

So the first time we tasted this was at a restaurant on Kensington Lane in London. My Girlfriend and I are Gin and Tonic lovers, so we've tasted quite a few different iterations of the classic mix. Our goto for drinkablilty is Tangueray and Schwepps, just a bit of sweet and a bit of dry and very enjoyable on a hot So Cal summer day.So while in London we made Byrons our base of operations, both for it's good food and extended hours. There is nothing better than a good burger at 10pm after spending the day touring castles and slogging around on the double-deckers. We ordered T&Ts and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Tonic they used. Net/net they used Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water. That was spring 2018, and we've been using only this brand since. I was told to drink tonic water for the quinine to help restless leg syndrome. I'm not sure it's helping, but I love it so I'll keep drinking it. I tried every tonic water offered and the amount of sugar in tonic water is insane, and the diet brands have some pretty nasty ingredients to replace the sugar. One brand with Stevia, has a horrible aftertaste. This 16.8 fl. oz bottle of Fever Tree Light has only 70 calories and is head and shoulders above the rest in taste. Trust. me, you name it and I've tried it. Don't waste your time trying others, buy this. Expensive, yes, but worth it.
These are delicious. I drink them as is and love the flavor. Super bubbly, crisp and refreshing as heck. I occasionally use this with a shot of coconut Nespresso espresso shot for a sparkling Americano and the flavor combo is magical. Highly recommend these. I wish they were lower in cost, but they are worth it for the occasional bubbly treat.
I usually use Diet Tonic but saw this %26 decided to try it. It’s really good! Not as sweet as other tonics but very refreshing %26 has fewer calories. Perfect blend of sweet %26 tart. Will definitely buy again even though it’s a little pricier.
I first drank this in Finland with Kyro gin garnished with raw cranberries and a sprig of Rosemary. We have to order this Gin from another state, and it's still our preferred gin for G&T. Kyro is a rye-based gin, and it has a strong Juniper flavor. But the Mediterranean tonic will enhance any gin. We don't use lime or lemon with this tonic.
Been using this tonic water for years though I've tried many others. This one is the best for my taste and I always come back to this one after trying something different. I hope Total Wine continues carrying the 16.9 oz. bottles as price- and efficiency-wise, these are the best value and easiest to use of the different Fever Tree Tonic sizes for me.
For those of you traumatised by the demise of Waitrose's own tonic water that was perfectly palatable and SIX TIMES cheaper, this is an acceptable alternative, that in all fairness, does taste nicer than the Waitrose own brand. We have also tried the Fentiman's & London Essence's tonics. The latter is bitter, fueled by its strong flavour of juniper. My wife and I ranked Fentiman's as the best, (slightly cheaper too), then London Essence then Fever Tree. We both like a 'bitter' tonic.
For vodka tonics I have gone cheap for years, using Schweppes or Canada Dry, but decided to try the more expensive Fever Tree Light. Unfortunately, I'm now hooked on this excellent tonic water. The difference in taste is immediately apparent, for the better. So refreshing and crisp.
