Looks and feel amazing! I purchased a jacket and a scrub set (pants & shirt), all of the pieces that I purchased fit perfectly! If you’re interested in purchasing from Figs and are unsure of your sizing, use Figs Size Guide….its very accurate (no need to go up a size or down a size). I ordered these for my fiancé who's in pharmacy school! Before, he refused to buy FIGS because he thought they were "expensive and over-hyped," but when he received them and wore them for the first time, he told me (and his best friend who's a nurse) that he takes back everything he said before, lol! He absolutely loves them, the fit is perfect, and they're so comfortable and great quality! He' a tall guy and has an athletic build, so finding clothes for him anyways is a challenge, but these were perfect! Comfort and size medium is a 5/5 on those, they’re not staining and quick to wash and dry. Would buy more but now not really confident in their return policies.
I bought these for my son who needed them asap. He is a nurse. It was a gift fir Christmas and it arrived with the packaging clearly a mess. The socks looked like they had been opened and returned. The wrappers on each sock were opened and not re-closed and the plastic bag it arrived in had a hole ripped into it. If you are re-shipping returned products at least have the common decency to repackage them to look presentable instead of shipping them out in the mess they returned in. Upon complaining to customer service, the response I received was an apology about the packaging and fir me to ship them back so I can get my refund. Love the material of the scrub set! Looks high quality, feels high quality, and handled a pretty gnarly spill on it with no staining. Comfortable fit that handles long shifts with no problem. Doesn’t get smelly like cheaper scrubs I’ve owned. The joggers are a little too baggy at the bottom for the regular length and are a little too short on the short on the short joggers I’ve purchased from Figs so just be mindful of your leg length and what you want for you. Absolutely favorite scrub brand and find myself returning to my Figs over my other scrubs almost every time.
Used to wearing more athletic-fit and stretch type scrubs. I love these scrubs but I find they are very tight in the shoulders and especially armpits- they tend to chafe in my armpits. I found using the makato seamless longsleeve shirts as an under-scrub helps. All my Leon shirts do this (I have four). My chest size is 42 but the rest of me is exceptionally skinny- so its just my athletic build that causes it. I wear medium (smedium if you will) but the fabric doesn't have too much give and stretch on it. Still super soft and comfy overall.

That quality is now being compromised. I purchased a fresh set of Royal Blue Figs (which is my 5th pair of the same style and color throughout the years) style is: Leon Scrub top and Cairo scrub pants. After the first wash, once I air dried, the button on the fly ripped off as I put them on. This has now happened with 3 sets particularly with newer launches or relaunches (black, royal blue, smokey taupe). This never happened before, bc the buttons were reinforced. In the past few months I've had issues with ordering and paying for items and then after the transaction, days apart, order got canceled d/t "sold out" which unfortunately was a set and color that I needed as part of my collection, issues with missing items, issues with dropping $1k consitently and not receiving one measly sticker in the box, this was "resolved" with a "sorry" and mid-level discount of like 20% (that i did not request). Faulty systems, cheaper materials/quality, mid customer service, is why I am submitting this review so that Quality Control/Marketing can maybe look into it. I don't want a 20% discount, I don't want an apology, I don't want my money back or items replaced.
