Figs has the best uniforms for healthcare workers. It includes the best quality, fastest shipping and delivery, most comfortable, fashionable, and functional pieces. The jacket has a so many functional pockets, and itâs so pretty everyone at my job compliments my jacket. I do not agree with the prices very much, but sometimes good quality comes with pricey things. Itâs very neutral, it keeps you warm for when itâs cold, but it doesnât suffocate you when it gets a bit warm. I have had many brands for nurse uniforms, so far this is the best one.

I was on the fence about purchasing this jacket after hearing some mixed reviews. I am always a size small but wanted a more relaxed fit and ordered a medium. It fits perfectly. It's not too tight or too oversized. I am able to comfortably wear a long sleeve underscrub underneath. This jacket is so warm and soft, it has so many functional pockets. I personally never wear it zipped up all the way so the reviews on the collar part don't pertain to me. I am so happy with this jacket and want another color!

They have added a double zipper and the bottom zipper constantly comes up and unzips from the bottom, regardless of the position of the pull tab. Also the color is not a true dark black. I have washed it maybe three times with *cold* water and the color is already fading to a dark green color. Would have given a 1 star review for these issues, but it's so so comfortable.

Jacket is SO comfortable, however, they changed the zipper from a bottom clasp to a double zipper. Even in different positions, with the bottom zipper facing up or down, it constantly pulls up and opens from each end. Also be careful washing, after 3 washes jacket is already faded and looks like it will turn a dark hunter green soon. Otherwise, so comfortable! Just wish the quality was better for a $100 fleece.
I get cold working in the ICU so usually layer. Love the pocket & collar design in this jacket. The collar keeps my neck warm, looks flattering & works well with my stethoscope. I like the chest pocket for my badge & pen so I can zip the jacket all the way up. The drop in front pockets are perfect for my phone & census list. The fit is great & I like that the sleeves are loose enough to comfortably layer over my scrub top without bunching. Overall great jacket.
I always have LOVED figs! And I still do! However, their sizing is SO inconsistent! I can never figure out what size I am! Seriously! Iâve lived my whole life thinking one thing and figs changes it up on me! Like biannually! âTis wild. I love this sweater, I do. Itâs warm and has pockets. HOWEVER, itâs FAR too small! The small clocks in at an extra small, and the medium is too big! And forget about the actual extra small. Iâm totally baffled because the small scrub tops are way too big for me, so I was thinking I would have room! I guess Iâm the idiot? Who knows. Itâs a very warm sweater, the sizing is just so off! And the sleeves are also far too short. Sorry, Figs! Better luck next time?
Very warm. I like all the pockets. I wish more letters for monogramming was allowed. I was told to let them know immediately after ordering what additional letters/commas/dashes would be needed so they could accommodate that since there were maybe 2 additional things that I wanted. I did this (it was a weekend day so I sent an email and followed up with a phone call first thing Monday) but theyâd already started it and couldnât change it. It looks fine but I wish there were just more spaces like on the shirts so that this could have been avoided.

I got a matching fleece jacket for me and my husband( both nurses) for Christmas and we are both so happy with our purchase. I had to return my first order which is Xs. Small is much better fit for me. The return is so easy. This is the softest fleece we ever had. Its a little pricey but once you try it you will understand. You get so many pockets which is amazing and some of them are zip. Over all 10/10 rating for us!
The fabric of the jacket is very warm, but I had sizing issues. The sleeves were short on my arms and when I extended, which I do a lot throughout the day, they end up looking like 3/4 sleeves. The back shoulder area is also very tight and I feel like I cannot move my arms very well since there is not really any stretch to the fabric. I feel very constricted. I splurged when I bought this so I am very disappointed to spend so much and not like it. I would have returned it, but since I got it personalized I can't. Overall, I am very disappointed in the jacket.
