The tin said it contained soft edible bones which is true enough, but it also contained some really big chunks of bone and lots of skin. Took me at least 15min to sort through and pick out the flesh. Will not be buying again.

Tastes fine and has just a few soft bones that you barely notice if you mush it up for sandwiches.
Says that it contains "soft edible bones", but there were some big pieces in there that even my cat spat out. Fish itself was lovely.
I always look for wild salmon rather than farmed so was keen to try this and it didn't disappoint. Lots of flavour and delicious in a salad. Re-assuring to know its sustainably fished too which so important.
