We love the utensils tray it really frees up space in the washer for more plates. Our old washer struggled with the oversized anko plates, they fit snuggly in this washer on the sides, or we just raise the top shelf. Install was a breeze. If I was to take a star off would be the washes all take longer than 2 hours. We haven't used the 40 min fast cycle as with young kids the plates are generally a mess

We were replacing an old Fisher & Paykel dishwasher that we were happy with until the kids broke the door. The new one leaves many of the cutlery in the top rack dirty and if you don't leave at least 3 spaces between every item they will not wash. Customer service from Fisher and Paykel has been terrible. A technician came out and said that that is what they are like now and you have to always use the heavy cycle or it won't work. They have promised multiple times to call me back with what they are going to do and never do.

In use for about 4 weeks. Very happy with performance. Surprisingly it cleaned our slow cooker insert perfectly. Also with top cutlery tray it means there's plenty of room on bottom basket for larger items eg. crock pot insert. Excellent product but should have purchased the model with half load only wash feature.

In work for 3 weeks, no complaints from eiher of us.Seems to have efficient space utilization and while initially dubious about cutlery draw its fine, if a little fiddly. Completes task well, even on auto, how does that work?! Very satisfied.
For the price I paid it's a good dishwasher but not fantastic. I have to dry the dispenser every time I use a capsule otherwise the cycle is left with remaining detergent. I find the upper tray annoying. I would prefer a flatter basket that can fit more in easily. Having a cutlery tray also means that is is difficult to fit large plate in the bottom tray. I love Fisher & Paykel appliances generally. The cutlery draw at the top is a welcome addition. There is plenty of room inside for our household of two and also for when the whole family visits. The only downside if it is that is that we find it difficult to stand dinner plates upright and you have to have them leaning over each other at a slight angle but this is not a major issue for us. We buy a lot of items from Appliances Online and the website, phone assistance and delivery are second to none.
Wow! Easy to pack - a good variety of different shapes for packing plates. the cutlery drawer at the top, if packed as per the instructions leave your cutlery sparkling every time. There's lots of space and it works like a dream. Filter trap easy to clean and the dishwasher itself looks sleek and modern. Very good buy!
This is a great dishwasher - I often leave on the fast 30 minute cycle only and does all it needs for our daily or every second day wash. There is a trick to load large plates in the bottom level as it has adjustable height trays and you need to raise the top drawer for large plates to be stacked. Also it has a 'drawer' for cutlery on top but this takes longer to stack and unpack compared to a traditional 'basket' so invest in a basket for a great overall solution. Being Fisher and Paykel its good quality (even under new ownership) , quiet and simply works. Good product for the money.
This dishwasher has not been any good since day 1. We bought it to replace an old Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, but this one has never done a good job at cleaning the dishes. The cutlery is often still dirty and you can not fit any near as much in it as the old one. Service was terrible too when we complained.
We have been using this for a few weeks. Cleans very well. Very quiet. Easy to use. We were surprised by the space. Even with the top cutlery drawer it still fits tall glasses. It dries well and wash times aren't too long.
